They are very patient in educating you on such complexity until you understand it. Rosalie lang: We recently replaced an older generation projector and AVR with a new UHD projector and 4k receiver. We could not get it working properly. We had 2 other "experts" come in - they basically told us our equipment was defective and advised us to return it. We then called HTS. They quickly recognized a hardware issue with the older connection and provided a component in the connection between the new AVR and new projector. Now works perfectly. Very impressed!

George McKelvie: Just recently I went to Audio 5.1 to buy a set of speakers I told Shand what I was looking at & he showed me those speakers to me I was pretty happy with what I had chosen then Shand flipped a switch to a set of speakers that I wasn't looking at and I was supper impressed I picked the speakers that he showed me & bought them Shand didn't pressure me to buy one or the other he just let my ears do the convincing for me I could only get one in my car and told Shand I would come back tomorrow to get the other one and Shand offered to deliver the other one that night free of charge and I live on the N.W. side of town Shand and his staff go above and beyond 5 stars from me for Audio 5.1 highly recommended thanks audio 5.1 love them speakers couldn't stop smiling.

Ian Selin: They did a real good job of integrating all the electronic components in the home so they are 'invisible', and sound great in each room. Lots of attention to detail in the install of the TVs and Control4 system. Any small issues or programming requests, they are quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Jack Middleton: Ideal integration is a top-notch full service tech company. We use them to resolve some long-standing issues that we had with The sound system we use to feed our built in speakers. The wireless controller that they installed works flawlessly, and allows us to cast directly to our speakers from Spotify, serius, iTunes, or any other app, or our saved music. They know their stuff. All work was done with a high degree of professionalism. We required a follow up service and they were super prompt and responsive. Overall I am very pleased with everything we have gotten from Ideal integration.

The Culinary Kitchen: Max Audio did a fabulous job of planning and installing our video and audio system in our new house. We can watch four NFL games at one time. A TV in the kitchen also displays a Chef preparing food while the guests sit at the U-Shaped island and watch. Love listening to a variety of music on the deck and en-suite from the music server. Everything is controlled from an IPad! Thanks to you and your team for providing a turnkey solution for us. If you are building a new home and want a state of the art audio and video system I would highly recommend Max Audio.
