Our area is noted for poor internet and Shore to Shore worked to resolve and make sure our home was connected. I continually call him with changes and upgrades. He can program most changes within minutes.10 TV’s, 8 Audio Zones, home theatre, projector and TV, sources like Apple TV’s, Xbox one, PS4, etc...Gate control, 7 thermostats... the list goes on and on!Working on garage doors now.He’s great at future prodding where you’ll want to go once you get into automation. When it came to installation Austin and Wayne come out and worked their magic of putting it together and making my new home come to life. I was able to accomplish everything I wanted and then some. I made the dumb mistake of switching over to TELUS to try their service and after a week of getting no where on the install, I canceled my service with them and went right back to Ortus. Should have never left but they were great to me and went above and beyond to get me back up and running again.I’ve been extremely lucky that they’ve been good to me and their service has been great throughout. Jack Middleton: Ideal integration is a top-notch full service tech company. We use them to resolve some long-standing issues that we had with The sound system we use to feed our built in speakers. The wireless controller that they installed works flawlessly, and allows us to cast directly to our speakers from Spotify, serius, iTunes, or any other app, or our saved music. They know their stuff. All work was done with a high degree of professionalism. We required a follow up service and they were super prompt and responsive. Overall I am very pleased with everything we have gotten from Ideal integration.

Dan Comeau: Switched from ADT after yet another bill hike. Dil from IHS came over and gave us a reasonable quotation, lower monitoring fees and threw in some hardware in a 2-year deal. Jason the tech was helpful in explaining things, documenting our zones and setting up all the codes. Since the initial work we've had them back to expand our coverage and merge two alarm panels. The nice thing is when I call I can talk to a person.
