She truly is compassionate about what she does and I believe she is third generation in this herbal natural business, so with that definitely comes inherited knowledge. I would recommend Karen to anybody who has any concerns about their health or is wanting a lifestyle change. I am speaking from experience as she has recommended products for me and giving me advice, knowledge and guidance and seems to know things that medical doctors do not know about, which I have consulted with before going to Karen. The couple that run the store are so kind and sweet. Despite a bit of a language barrier, they were incredibly helpful! Adam West: I was in the water purification business for many years so I know what pure water is. Polar Bear has the best pure water in town. They filter their water twice. Their RO water is the best pure water there is. Also their distilled water is above all others.,They clean their filters often. This is pure uncontaminated water. Other places like Canadian Tire, Walmart, Superstore etc etc don’t look after their filter cleaning process very well. Or they buy their water for resale from sources that may not change their filters often enough. You don’t know how long they have gone without changing their filters. I would never buy water from any of them. Now about bottle water . Most bottled water comes from natural springs. You never know what contaminates are in that water. It may look nice and clear but who knows what’s in it. I would never chance drinking that stuff and I cant believe so many people are so casual, trusting, plain dumb and uninformed about drinking that stuff. Some say that the minerals are good for you. The mineral content in spring water is so small it’s almost negligible. You get all the minerals you need from the foods you eats. Also all those plastic bottles are an environmental disaster. .
