Asif Khataw: We had purchased a furnace part from Trane Supplies. Latter on I found out the old motor would run well again, if oiled and ice build up was chipped away. I did so and got the furnance running. When we went to return the part Josh and Justin, both were very polite and helpfull. The part was taken back as I had not even opened it. Still in origal box. A refund less 10% was issued. I have no problems with them keeping 10% as re stocking fee, as they have their own overheads to deal with. I highly recomend this store for any furance parts. Walked in to well lite well stocked store and was greeted right away. Explained what I was after and with the model number in hand David was off and running. Had the part and at what I felt was a fair price. Has for David you won't find anyone else in this city to match his customers service skills or his knowledge on what he sells.

Nick Lysachok: As a vegetable farmer in northwest Alberta, I used CDR Heater and Equipment Solutions for my temporary heating requirements. Trevor and his team in Edmonton were available to create a small equipment package that worked great on our farm. Our Wacker Neuson Hi400 unit did trick, to temporary keep an entire 50x80 foot shop with 18 foot high walls, heated at a comfortable level, even in -40C conditions, with an attached thermostat and temporary propane fuel source. Great unit, great service and a company that feels like a family business and knows you by name. Thank you Trevor and staff at CDR HEATER.

When you can whip around a forklift and load my truck in a timely manner then I can respect you regardless of gender.When you look like a MAC cosmetics truck had an accident with a Sephora truck then you should not be so hoity toity with folks.
