That’s why we’ve developed a range of programs designed to reach and inspire children and youth. Our Head Start & Early Learning program focuses on children from 2.8 years old to age 5, focusing on building new skills through play, and preparing children to enter kindergarten.

E4c Early Learning Services is a comprehensive preschool and family support program for families with low income. Each child attends the program for four half-days per week. A team of professionals, including teachers, family support workers, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and other health professionals, work with the child and family to enhance growth and development. Parents are involved in setting goals for themselves and their child over the course of a year.
