Salima Hirani: Check out Chutney in south Edmonton for Pakistani à la carte breakfast and buffet brunch on the weekend.We tried the Veg Omelette Paratha and the Brunch Platter. The Brunch Platter comes with Kheema, Aloo, Chana, Nehari, Naan, and chai. I like extra Kheema instead of Nehari.The place is casual and clean with friendly service. The food is made to order, so it may take some time. The food can be spicy, but you can ask for it to be made mild when you order.If you want to try real Pakistani food, check out Chutney!

Riz Fazal: I just ordered pick up from Chutney.... I ordered Beef Paya, which is essentially the beef shin bone or trotters as properly called. I'm from Fort McMurray and decided to give Chutney a try. I am Pakistani so usually i am disappointed in restaurants because its never as good as mom's right?? But Chutney, i have to say the Paya came extra spicy as requested and they really rival my mom's... The BEST i ever had in any restaurant thus far. When i go back to Fort McMurray i will definitely be recommending Chutney. The people at front desk super friendly and inviting.. they are actually happy you are there!!.. I will be back to try other fair next time i am in town - until then people of Chutney, keep doing what you are doing - i loved the Paya!!!!
Taha Saleem: Found Chutney while searching for Pakistani Restaurants on our trip from Toronto.The setting is great and the food is amazing. Tawa Chicken and Beef Nihari were amazing. The Doodh Pati chai was great as well.Will definitely be coming back again.

We sourced a few different vendors in the Edmonton area to help cater our event and Shafi Grill provided the most competitive pricing. They were extremely helpful meeting with us before our event and guiding us on what too order. The food was made fresh and ready exactly at the time we requested. pal patel: We celebrated our kid’s first birthday party at this place. The management and service staff are amazing people. They took care of all of our needs and helped us make the birthday entertaining. Everyone at the birthday party, complimented how good the food was! We had all vegetarian food. Their Paneer Lababdar dish is absolutely delicious to die for! The restaurant is very clean and can sit more than 100 people very easily! We had about 100 guests at the party but the food was freshly prepared! Their naans and butter rotis are the softest things ever!

mostafa ismail: To me, making Shawrma & Falafel as well is an art.I immigrated to Canada 8 years ago and I’ve tried sooo many places in BC and other places and this week i was visiting Edmonton so i thought I’ll try Abu Nawras. I’ve never been satisfied with any place more than this place.The making of the sandwich, the bread of the sandwich, the way they cook and cut the shawrma, the garlic sauce, pickles, price, service…etc everything you taste in here is unforgettable.Thank you Abu Nawras for the best food we’ve had in years man .
