Continental Treat Fine Bistro Gluten Free: what do users think?

Preston Thomson: What an awesome place. Dill pickle soup was absolutely delicious as well. Would highly recommend for to anyone and especially those who are gluten-free or celiac. The entire menu is gluten-free.Dietary restrictions: Excellent for someone who is celiac.

Jim O'Grady: raved at the combination of flavours in their meals. The attentive service added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. I highly recommend Continental Treats for a remarkable dining experience that seamlessly combines amazing GF food, a welcoming ambiance, and impeccable service.I have been celiac for 22 years, love to try all foods, travel the world and have never come across a restaurant like this, it truly is a Celiac's gastronomical paradise. No matter your desires, make dill pickle soup one of them!Dietary restrictions: EVERYTHING is 100% Gluten Free

Ette: We've only been here once but I was very impressed by the gluten free menu, dill pickle soup, and schnitzel. ☺♥ We'll be back!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Entirely gluten free menu!

Continental Treat Fine Bistro Gluten Free- Jasper Ave: what do users think?

Ben West: A very calm, intimate atmosphere, nice and quiet great for a date night. Menu has lots of interesting options you won’t see many other places, but a few more common staples if you’re not feeling adventurous. Been a couple times now and haven’t tried anything I didn’t like. Try the dill pickle soup! Trust me. Staff are accommodating and friendly. The parking out front on Jasper is only $1.00/hour.Dietary restrictions: Look it up to double check because this doesn’t effect me, but my understanding is they’re gluten free as well which is awesome!

Evelyn Neame: , the perogie medley and the Camembert. I loved that I could have a ton of tasty appies for the price of a main course. The restaurant was quiet and the service excellent! I highly recommend the Continental Treat Jasper Avenue!

Sean Watt: I have been a loyal customer for years but had only just recently ventured to their new location. Both are wonderful but the downtown location really has a lot to offer. Try them both!Parking: I parked right out front, but this is very limited.

Rene Carlos: which was outstanding; the dill pickle soup, perogies were the standouts for me. We also tried the chicken stroganoff not pictured but i can say it was delicious and fresh. Out of the perogies the mushroom spinach was absolutely delicious. We ordered a lot for two people and i was excited to try this place out. Dill pickle soup, smoked salmon, garlic shrimp, escargot, perogies ,chicken stroganoff, black forest cake and tiramisu. We wanted to try the rack of lamb, unfortunately it wasnt available that day.Last time i was in the space it was the hardware grill circa 2005/2006 ish; and the decor was nice and private. I will be back solely for the soup and perogies in the future.Kid-friendliness: private big booths could seat large familiesParking: parking on the street

Claire Barton: We were in town from Toronto to visit dear friends. They took us to Continental Treat for dinner. We were blown away. Dinner was absolutely amazing. I had the French Onion Soup and the Chicken Schnitzel. Every bite was delicious. We finished with the dessert Pierogies. The service was equally as wonderful. It's been a few weeks, and we are still raving about it. We can't wait to come back.Dietary restrictions: Definitely a must visit if you are gluten-free. If you're not, then you're in for a real treat.

B Berg: Went for lunch. Staff were attentive to our needs. Food was fabulous as always. I love this place on Jasper Ave.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide entrance, tables are far enough apart for wheelchair accessibility.Dietary restrictions: This is a glueten free restaurant. This gluten free food tasted this wonderful, taste is exceptional. Their huge desserts, yes all gluten free delicious!

Matt Lemke: This place has amazing food, service, and atmosphere. The perogies are very good. The schnitzel was crispy and served with a delicious gravy. The attention to detail on all aspects of service and quality are not to be overlooked. The Belgian beers are obviously curated and the wine selection will not disappoint. Come visit, you will be pleased.

YEG.SELLS Edmonton: Delicious food, wine, excellent staff with a clean posh environment - but desert isn’t their specialty. I ordered the deep fried strawberry Nutella perogies, but they weren’t fried and reminded me of my toddler days when I ate play dough. Just don’t order dessert but definitely do dinner here - you won’t regret it!!!!

Tharun Bangera: I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and the attentive service during my visit. However, I found the pricing of the food to be disproportionate to the quality offered. Additionally, the tiramisu dessert was quite underwhelming, as it lacked the expected smooth and airy texture. Instead, it appeared dry and overly sweet, resembling more of a cake than an authentic tiramisu.

Leanne Stein: Indeed, it's a lovely spot for date night! And my go-to spot for a quick lunch with a friend to catch up 🐦🌻Parking: We paid $3.50 street parking

Highlevel Diner: what do users think?

Flairs Warss: Very friendly servers, the Spice Bird Chicken burger was delicious the portion size was very justifiable for the price the two chicken breasts made the dinner filling, with the house fries to go along with made the meal perfect. Loved the fish n chips as well.Parking: The parking across the diner is free and reserved only for the diner customers.

P Howard: This Diner has that perfect cute and classic feel but without any of the grime that usually comes along with most Diners. It's a beautiful little spot in the Garneau area that really helps complement the neighboorhood. For a Diner, I'd have to say this place likely has the most interesting menu in the city... And everything on it is beyond delicious! Though I can imagine picky and non adventurous eaters finding this menu too unique and not traditional enough. But that is the best thing about the food here, it's so yummy and interesting for a Diner! They even have their own artisan made house ketchup!Lastly, but most importantly, the service and staff are super sincerely friendly, efficient, and attentive. This place has become my favorite Diner in the city... it is hard for me to believe there can be a better Diner around here.I HIGHLY recommend checking this establishment out! 👍👍Parking: There is a free parking lot across the avenue from the Diner, but you HAVE to sign in your license plate # in a book within the entrance of the Diner.

Greg Marcil: Amazing! Service, ambiance, and food. Full marks! Well done Moth!!

Charlotte Martin: This place is great! They have amazing food and drinks. I also love the atmosphere. So many plants and big windows with lots of natural light. The service has always been perfect every time I visit!

Simran Kang: Omg food, environment, staff, price- perfect, perfect, perfect nd perfect ❤❤❤I went there couple of weeks back with family, I am surprised that even my parents loved it so much. They got varietys of food to choose from. Added to my fvrt list of restaurants. I am so happy being a vegetarian, I can enjoy everything here. Thanku so much for ur best services in the city💙I wish you guys could stay open little longer.Vegetarian options: It's all vegan so everything on the menu is delicious for a vegetarian person.Kid-friendliness: It's wide open so kids can have their little space too

Wes Inaba: The Moth has been a longstanding go to for vegetarian experiences in Edmonton. Many still don't know about this haunt over on Jasper and 95 Street. It's a bit off the beaten path but it's worth it.There aren't too many high quality creative vegetarian offerings in YEG and this is probably close to the top. Granted, Edmonton's vegetarian scene is not nearly where Vancouver's is at. But the Moth does a commendable job.The space is spacious. Lots of plants and light. They also have a small patio available for sunny days. And the service is always friendly and helpful.4 x 🥗🥗🥗🥗

Agnes Domingo: My husband and I have been here twice for dinner. Both experiences are great, and the ones we ordered are to die for! We’d always go for their 3/4-course dinner. Both instances we had tenderloin steak. Yum! Their freshly baked bread is our favorite, the deciding factor when choosing which place to treat ourselves to. Haha! The service is always great, too. I forgot the name of the first server, maybe Drew? The second time around it was Rhena. Pretty sure we will be back again.

We also met executive Chef Cristobal Aldea, and Sous Chef Pia Poblete they recommended the Campini in a nice garlic sauce with a cesar salad as an appetizer Our main course was the Mussels Cozze and the house special BBQ Ribs, overall fantastic and tasty! We must also recommend the best sangria in town, please try it. Overall, it was a wonderful ambiance and delicious food. Thank you, Cristo , Natalia , and Chef Cristobal Aldea. C.M. Neely: Have been enjoying the Melting Pot experience for years, my husband and I come for anniversaries, birthdays and have invited friends to check it out.Highly recommend the Fiesta or Classic Alpine cheese fondue, the Steak Lovers cooked in Coq Au Vin style and the Flaming Turtles Chocolate!Don't forget to buy their special seasoning, its great to add in ceaser salads but really tastes good on everything!

Tina Rodgers: Absolutely amazing food! Our daughter is gluten intolerant. They made certain she had just as much of a wonderful experience as we all did. Had her own items. Was amazing. It is always worth the price as the selection is wonderful and so delicious. It is a really fun experience and I loved it. I great place for quality family time! Great conversations and good healthy choices! Portions are huge.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!

Thomas Harris: Great for an intimate meal and privacy for 2Dietary restrictions: Kept us informed as wife has citrus allowedRecommended dishes Original Chocolate Fondue, Cheddar Potato Soup, Steak Lover's, House Salad …

James Needham: My wife and I went here for dinner before a movie on our date night. The venue is really warm and inviting. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The food is absolutely delicious, but at quite a high price point considering how much you get. With 1 drink each, dinner was about $160 after tax but before tip. I went in moderately hungry and came out satisfied, but still looking forward to popcorn at the theater. Dinner service is very long, with 3 courses needing about 40 minutes each. First course has melted cheese with bread and appetizer items to dip. Second course has meats and seafood if you like to cook in broth. Third course has melty chocolate with fruit, brownie bites, and cake bites to dip. This place allows you to be playful with your foods and gives you a long time to talk over dinner, making it ideal for anniversaries, Valentine's days, and perfect for those all important third dates. 💖

Ryan Toxopeus: The best dining experience I have had in years. We got the 4-course dinner for two, and it was a delightful experience! The Quattro cheese fondue, Caesar salad, Alberta entree and milk chocolate fondue were all amazing. Our server had amazing energy and his suggestions were perfect. I tried mixing the teriyaki sauce with the curry for my steak, and it was SO GOOD! Can't recommend this place highly enough. Lots of food, and we were there for 2 hours.

Crystal Wells: The waiter was very very slow, even had to track him down after 40 minutes just waiting for the bill. Food was amazing though but probably shouldn't be a 3.5 hour adventure lolParking: Just not enough spots for the area with multiple businesses

Katy Llewellyn: Absolutely fantastic! Well worth our 2 hour drive! The night we went, it was super busy. Even with our resvation we had to wait 20 minutes past our time. The manager noticed we were waiting and offered to pay for our first round of drinks. It made us feel that he was very knowledgeable about the guests he had in his resuraunt and that he cared about our experience. We also had an amazing server! I believe his name was Brandon. He was very kind, funny, patient and helpful! When he was presenting our meal, he told our kids a story about if they loose any of the food in the oil they failed swimming lessons and the spoon is the lifeguard so it just scoops them out. It was cute when that happened to our youngest and he reiterated the story. The food presentation was marvelous and it tasted even better! We left feeling happy, full and very impressed! Attention to all details is very important for a gusts experience, this restaurant exceeded here. A job very well done!

Blue Jay YT: What a hidden gem! We love this place. It is awesome to have a place that a family member with Celiac disease and other food allergies can eat at. We don't have to worry when we eat here. The food is amazing! Very filling. The ice cream is great too! We stop here everytime we are in the area. The staff are very welcoming here. They treat you like a friend.

Kay Liew: Amazing little poutinerie! They do not deep fry thier fries, they air fry them! Which makes quite the difference of the fries holding up to the gravy and not getting soggy as fast. I've been to the location a number of times now, and there's just too many choices to choose from. They have tons of set menu items, and you can literally build one to your heart's desire! Super bonus, if you have dietary issues, they do have vegan cheese, vegan options, and even a gluten free gravy as well! The couple who run this place are so friendly and super helpful, really love coming by here!Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options for toppings, they have vegan dairy free cheese, as well as gluten free gravy as well!Parking: Lots of parking outside in the shopping complex.Dietary restrictions: They do have dairy free vegan cheese, as well as a gluten free gravy as well. And you can choose all your toppings as you wish!

Mahdi “Maudy McFly” Miganeh: The atmosphere is great for one. It's sooo delicious you forget it's not deep-fried but baked. And have you ever eaten taco supreme from Taco Bell? Well, this place got a poutine that will put it to shame. No lie. And if you have anyone with you who can't have dairy or gluten then this is the place. You don't get that heavy bloated feeling and serving size for the large is good for 2 people. It's also the only place in town that doesn't it like this. Certified goodness. Wish more fast food eaters knew of this place. Go here and see for yourself!Vegetarian options: Great optionsKid-friendliness: Martin and staff are very friendly

Ryan Wagner: My favorite restaurant! Go here every week! The owners are great people and running an amazing and delicious business 😊😊😊Dietary restrictions: I am celiac and this restaurant is 100% gluten free as a strict rule. One of the owners is also celiac and knows the pains of trying to eat out with this condition. Another huge plus to me!

R X: Uber driver took 25 min to get the poutine here but it tastes better than most poutines I've had in person. Quality. Will come in person next time.

Dexter: Nice quiet and clean atmosphere, when I walked in both of the women work and greeted me very nicely with a genuine smile on their face! Great start already.I'm a huge fan of the fried supreme from Taco, and someone else here put it brilliantly. The taco poutine is like a fry supreme prepared by someone who actually gives a damn! It's sooo good ! I'll be coming every week so get ready 😂🧡

Sam: My first experience at My Fries today. A few things I learnt - they are a local family owned business which has been open for 10 years now, their fries are baked not fried and the food and drinks are AMAZING!Pictured: Regular Chili Cheese Fries and Mango Italian Soda. Yummmmm!

Under The High Wheel: what do users think?

G: Amex accepted. Went in at 10am on a Sunday and did not have to wait. Shortly after we sat, the people waiting for a table packed the whole hallway. Ordered borscht soup, traditional breakfast with smoked salmon, and waffles with honey chicken sausages. The soup and the chicken sausages were very flavourful and not too sweet. The waffles were crunchy enough on the outside and tender on the inside. The food did take a while because of how busy the restaurant was. Would definitely come back to try the other items.

Tawnie Johnson: Such a cute place! Great service and seasonal good. Very friendly for families with great choices.Kid-friendliness: Apple sliced and peanut butter! So awesome for some safe food kids

Riki Sharma: Nestled in the heart of Whyte Ave, Under the High Wheel is a true gem that never fails to enchant and satisfy food enthusiasts. With its cozy ambiance and a menu bursting with diverse flavors, it's no wonder this restaurant has become a favorite among locals and visitors alike. One dish that stoods out among the many culinary delights served at Under the High Wheel is their Roasted Corn Vegetarian Bowl. This dish is a vegetarian's dream come true, showcasing the kitchen's mastery in creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures with simple ingredients. The base of the bowl is a fluffy bed of perfectly cooked refried beans, adding a delightful creaminess to each bite. Accompanying the beans are generous portions of fresh and succulent corn. It bursts with flavor, providing a pleasant crunch that contrasts beautifully with the softness of the other ingredients. To elevate the dish further, the Roasted Corn Vegetarian Bowl is served with a side of Pico de Gallo, tangy and zesty lime-tomato vinaigrette. Its bright and citrusy notes enhance the natural flavors of the vegetables, creating a harmonious balance that will have your taste buds dancing with joy.The portion size at Under the High Wheel is generous, ensuring that you will leave the restaurant feeling satisfied and content. However, the staff made us feel like we were hindering the busy pace of the restaurant. Unfortunately, we did not feel the warm and friendly welcome we are usually greeted with.Vegetarian options: Specific dishes available

Separate Gluten-free menu, server was very reassuring, let us know he talked with the kitchen, manger brought my son's meal out and assured us every precaution was taken. Once food and drinks were ordered they came out to the table very quickly. Drinks were replenishing quickly. We have excellent service, our waiter was very attentive. Lots of children in restaurant, seemed very child freindly. The prices are also very ressonable.

Ruth Anne Payler: Amazing time at the Old Spaghetti Factory - Edmonton. The service was great. Our server was kind, patient, and solid in her customer service. Jace Lefler: First time at this location on Gateway. A smaller seating area then downtown but the ambience has a positive feel. The staff are so polite and courteous! The food was exceptional with great flavour and portion size for two. A definite must try if your into Vegan food options. Worth the drive from anywhere in the city! Great job folks.Vegetarian options: The Vegan Eatery!

Erin Mock: I wish there was a rating higher than 5/5!The flavour in all the different dishes was amazing. We went with a group of people and tried many dishes. Ginger beef was an absolute favourite but very single dish we tried was 10/10. The service was amazing and such a clean restaurant. Will go back….Lots!

Brad Forrester: A modern hole-in-the-wall with amazing taste and service! You drive up Gateway and would never know it's there, but it's a great spot that's a simple treat. The hostess was super friendly, professional, and attentive. My partner has a severe onion allergy and could have everything on the menu, the dishes we had were decently spiced yet not over-powering. For the price we each got 2 meals out of the individual sizes - they're not small and I highly recommend sharing them!

A.J. Wrenn: Prices are much more reasonable than I expected based on what google maps says. Dishes were for the most part sub $20.The curry mutton

Priscilla Koehler: Absolutely obsessed with this restaurant and wish I lived in Edmonton to have it more often! Would give it 10 stars if I could! We ordered takeout from the Gateway location. We had: bean curd drumsticks, satay sticks, ginger beef, Singapore noodles, mee goreng, bihun, gado gado salad and the curry chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious! Perfect portions for the 5 of us. I wish both locations had the same menu as I was so excited to get roti canai and was told it was only downtown. Nonetheless, i was not disappointed and can’t wait to order again! No pictures as we devoured everything.

Got sat at 12:30 for my reservation and didn't get asked what I want to drink until 12:56 and waited another 15 minutes for drinks before our server even asked what we want to eat. She hardly came around - I think if you are that busy of a restaurant hire more staff and reduce the number of tables you allow a server to take on, or give them more training - and this is coming from a server/Bartender of 15 years.

I got 3 meals out of my dish.My son ordered hot spice but expected it to be hotter from an authentic Indian restaurant. I ordered mild spice and it was good. Had enough heat to slow down my consumption, but not too hot to handle.Would like to dine in next time. It has a nice ambience.

Amit Khatkar: Recommended dishes Greek Salad, Butter Chicken Wrap, Masala Dosa

Hanna Oh: The interior is nowhere near as nice as Remedy, but food wise... Nosh is the much tastier, less expensive version of Remedy. The tandoori chicken wrap is delicious, and I love the sweet sauce it comes with. The spices for their fish pakora are amazing, and the fish was lightly battered and very tender.

Anon.: , and not enough lemon/flavour to it and was quite boring.

Copper Branch: what do users think?

Anon.: /falafels are delicious too.Food: 5/5 …

Julie Duciaume: We walked in for a late lunch at the Jasper Avenue location and the place was empty. The place has a cool vibe with copper pipe lighting and design. The staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Nathalie!I loved that it’s plant-based and I don’t have to worry about what I can or cannot have. We were spoiled for choice with a large menu.I had the Aristotle Bowl. It comes in 2 sizes: Regular and Mini. I ordered a regular bowl and although it was delicious, I had to take the remainder to go.My husband enjoyed it so much that he returned for brunch the next day. I wish I had done the same. Will definitely return next time we’re in town.

Nyne: I had to have it twice.Generous portion sizes, as well. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu is plant-based/veganDietary restrictions: Many gluten free options, as well!

Shil: A great place if you prefer vegetarian or vegan food, love their bowls and they have mini and regular options, which is the best thing for someone like me who prefer eating smaller meals. It is also across the street from my office building which makes it even more convenient.

Lyna Khodja: Good plant-based food experience, good range of choices and excellent service !However the burger could have been bigger… seems like a degustation piece

Nona Valentine: who came all the way out of the restaurant and across the street to return to me my sketchbook that I had mistakenly left on the bench. That was way above and beyond and I am very grateful. In short, great food, awesome staff, will certainly be revisiting.Vegetarian options: Entire menu is vegan

Tee Na: Delicious! I wanted and was craving for something vegan and this definitely hit the spot! I definitely recommend Copper Branch for your vegan needs! Definitely coming back!Only thing I had an issue with was the parking..

Rockin' Robyn's: what do users think?

krista muir: This was such a wonderful place. The atmosphere took you back in time, and the friendly faces from the servers were amazing. As I was sitting there, eating my breakfast, which was out of this world and tasted like some thing from the home kitchen, I saw fresh produce walking right past the tables to be utilized in the kitchen for that day. you normally don’t get to see that at a chain restaurant .This was the most amazing location ever, highly recommend it to everybody

Airline Lush: It's a few moments to get seated at your own table. They have counter seating for solo diners. Nothing terrible. The food is worth the wait. There is an option to order home baked pies! I would return to try more items. The portions are really immense. I opted for a Buddha bowl and the fresh veggies were nice but they should add some sprigs of arugula for more flavour.
