Pride Centre of Edmonton: what do users think?

Debbie Dmytryshyn: I always loved coming here

Oliver Mills: Amazing place!! The pride centre has so many amazing staff, resources and activities for all to enjoy. While a bit hard to find, it's easily accessible with an elevator, and super sensory-friendly. They have everything from free laundry and clothing closet to a wonderful queer library. Would highly recommend to everyone, no matter their age!

Jon Veltman: The space is amazing and the staff are very welcoming.

Tess Chappell: If you're feeling at all shy or nervous about visiting the Pride Centre, I promise you you will be welcome. The atmosphere is usually very low-key, and there are lots of spaces to hang out in, depending on your comfort level and what you're looking for. Sit at the communal table for games and crafts, chill in one of the couch corners, meditate in a private relaxation room, or grab a book from their library and lay in a hammock. Chat with one of the staff members or volunteers to find out all the resources they have available. If you see me there, I'm always happy to play a game of Scrabble!

Ian Brown: They have a pretty cool little library

Never Give Up: Support local lgbtq

Onyii G. Nwosu: I LOVED IT

Erin June: Spacious, safe environment with kind, inclusive, diverse group of volunteers; went here for chest-binder exchange program, which is free for those in need! Those with mobility concerns: there is an elevator that requires staff assistance, so call ahead.

Norse Queen: Beautiful inclusive space for everyone!

Crystal: This place is invaluable to the community!

Melody McEwen: I love this place. Can't wait till it reopens to drop in visits.

Connie Thompson: Amazing, inclusive, supportive, incredible staff.

Sam Torrance: Everyone is so lovely. I got some books as a part of their Mystery Book Fair and I felt so welcome

Styx TheyThem Fierce: So many resources! So much support! ‼️

Outloud St. Albert: what do users think?

jub: My safe haven

Stephanie Foremsky: Best humans ever. They care so much about the community they serve. We are so fortunate to have Outloud in St. Albert.

Paige Billings: "My name is Ariana and being able to connect with Paige Billings and the Outloud Foundation has made a seriously positive impact on my mental and emotional health. I've been locked up for 10 plus years and Paige was my first visit. It felt so good to have someone that cares enough to take the time to come and see me. I've been in phone contact with them and am super grateful, I've just gone through my Gender Reaffirming Surgery and having Paige there to listen to my concerns has been more helpful than ever. I want to thank Paige and Outloud for the amount of work they do for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community"

Keltie Walton: AMAZING PEOPLE - so supportive, helpful, trustworthy and caring!

Scott O'Donnell: I took my mental health first aid here. Very welcoming and wonderful place. Staff is friendly and made the whole experience comfortable.

Crystal: Both the youth group and parents group have been an amazing resource for my family!

Juliana Wells: i love this place. nice people friendly environment

Lillian Jobb: Outloud was as enjoyable as I'd remembered it being, I'm definitely glad I decided to come back.

Andrew Wiens: The jokes are amazing!!
