Dez: All around, from maintenance to office admin, the whole staff is fantastic. They do a great job with the upkeep of these old houses. These houses have limitations due to their old age but they are clean, safe and practical. I'm content here.

Nick 'NIZMO' Northrup: This is probably going to be my new home my home that was my home in 1997 unbelievable how you can end up in the same spot after all these years and nothing has changed definitely definitely have to check my my life myself but most of all they've upked the buildings very well it's a clean area there's some dirty lots but you know you get those hindering people it brings back memories stepping inside one of these and that's what I need I need memories I need roots these guys kept these townhomes/pmqs very clean very friendly staff and very informative and very affordable can't wait to make the move oh they all most of them have the original hardwood floor just hope I pass that credit score
