Prices are manageable higher end then Ikea. I got approved with financing is the only reason why I went ahead with it. That being said I asked her is it a soft credit check or a hard credit check. She said Soft credit check but hard points got knocked off. It's satisfactory here. You might find your style n your comfort. I recommend it.

Amanda is amazing she helped me put together my living room, kitchen, entryway and office. She has wonderful, and helpful advice with regards to design and color coordination. After I bought my kitchen table I had a problem with it being wobbly. I was put in touch with Dennis in service and he helped me resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. I love that this location offers Canadian made products and I will continue to go to them for all of my furniture needs. I highly, and happily recommend this place to anybody who is looking for new furniture.

Thuan Yeung: We have slowly been updating our furniture as the kids are getting older. Our first project was a dining room table which after visiting many furniture stores, narrowed it down to two tables from two different places, one of which was Konto. Danielle Grange was the sales associate whom helped us at Konto. She is truly not your typical sales person in that she genuinely wants you to find the right piece for your home and was not pushy whatsoever. She allowed us time to browse without doing the "slow follow" behind us, which I find very annoying and is often done at other furniture stores. Ultimately, we ended up with another table but Danielle left a lasting impression that we returned for her assistance when we commenced part 2 of our project - sofas. We went in a couple of times before we made our final decision and again, she was super helpful, and not pushy. We arranged for delivery but unfortunately there was a small hiccup that resulted in a rescheduling. With our hectic schedule, I wasn't thrilled about this but Danielle quickly problem solved and our new sofas were delivered within a couple of days. It was honestly how she handled everything that had us return for a third visit a few months later to complete our renovation project.Overall, our experience with Konto and with Danielle in particular has been excellent and we would highly recommend coming here. Don't waste your time at The Brick, Leons, Ashley. We went and can confidently say that Konto's customer service from start to finish is unmatched.

The furniture quality has always kept us coming back but our recent interaction with the manager Paul has definitely solidified our opinion of konto to the point I wanted to leave a review.We ordered two chairs in a custom colour and the manufacturer had a delay way past our expected arrival. Paul managed to track down two chairs in similar colour and get a rush delivery to our house. He was very honest and easy to deal with which I appreciate.
