Richard Liew: My family and I was treated like VIP here. We were greeted at the door by a lovely lady and our intent was to just browse. A staff member introduced us to their newest collection while another staff engaged with our kids. We tried on a couple of items and staff member was able to help us find the perfect spring travel gear we didn’t think we’d need. She was patient and honest. We will be back!
Stephen Ezekwem: top notch winter gears as always. Not entirely satisfied with my purchase, however the store is well laid out and the staffs very friendly.

Ellie Chen: I stopped by the store and was just browsing through randomly. Mercedes greeted me right away and was super sweet and professional to assist me with my hoodie needs. I ended up purchasing a zip hoodie, and I love it!!!! Thanks so much, Mercedes. I don’t shop in person that much anymore, and she has definitely made this shopping experience very wonderful!! The other girl and gentleman who were working the same shift are also very friendly and they gave me some suggestions as well.

I feel so bad, it started with a T, she's very tall and very thin. she was amazing, she showed me a jacket that I fell in love with and answered all my questions about this company. Tess Yanez: I was looking for a jacket as a Father's Day gift for my husband. Tej at WEM was very accommodating and friendly. He was not pushy at all. He asked what I was looking for; showed me some products and even offered to try the jacket on himself just for me to be able to visualize and check if I got the right size. What a superb customer service! To top it, since my phone was lowbatt, he even offered to charge my phone for a few minutes. The jacket perfectly fits my husband!

Ahmed Taha: Went in today to find a great winter coat to sustain the Edmonton deep freeze. I had the pleasure of having Allen help me out. He was very knowledgeable of the brand and what I was looking for. We ended up picking a perfect jacket with a perfect fit. He even fluffed my wife's fur!Harry Rosen had the same jacket, but I chose to come straight to Mackage due to the service. Best decision.
David Williams: A ittle overdue in this review however i need to let people know the staff at Mackage in WEM are superb especially Raquel who went to great lengths to make sure i found the perfect coat and fur trim for my Edward parka, exceptional help offering fantastic style and a quality parka that completely rivals Canada goose of lesser quality and far over priced; this coming from a previous canada goose PBR bomber owner. Thanks for all your help Raquel👍😊.

I even got an email from Vivian after summarizing all the pieces I tried on with their respected sizes, color, prices, and temperature ratings. I have to say I have never had such good service at an Alberta clothing retail before. Definitely recommend this location for anyone interested in Mackage products.

Sage L: I had a fur coat resized here and it turned out amazing! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is comfortable and very fun to browse. They took such wonderful care of cleaning the jacket I was so shocked when picking it up how wonderful it looked and all the cracks from the leather were gone & the fox fur was so beautiful!
