Kyle: I used to go to another place for frozen yogurt, but sadly it closed down when pandemic happened. I was in a search for another yogurt place to get my frozen yogurt fix. After searching, I came across this place, and it was really close to where I live!I gave this place a try! I am amazed of this place, many different flavors, and tons of topping options! They weight your yogurt upon paying. I can't remember the price, but it was very reasonable for the price per kilogram!I'll be coming back for seconds, thirds and more in the future!If you're looking for an ultimate frozen yogurt place, this is the place!

Keegan Leiterman: I take my girlfriend here when she is sad or I’m in the doghouse, works every time. Prices are marginally high, but play smart in there. Don’t fall for their tricks of filling your bowl up, otherwise it will cost $15+. A good treat in the summer.
Murray Quast: Very tasty, was an excellent treat on a hot day. Will say that I was a bit surprised at the cost as you pay by the 100 grams and a full bowl will run you $18-$20. Was very filling though, we went there as a family around 4pm and nobody wanted supper or even a snack for the rest of the day.

Kirk Dewhurst: The only thing I have ever tried here is the Dole Pineapple 🍍 Whip. I love it. The service has always been great 👍. The staff I had contact with were courteous and friendly. The kiosk is in West Edmonton Mall. There are washroom facilities available.

Lincoln Ho (YEGventures): With the shear number of people that come through the mall, self serve isn't the best idea as people taste test with their fingers and cough on toppings. Pinkberry is counter-serve so it eliminates all that.

Tess Kopp: This is The Best! Second Cup. The owner and his staff are very friendly and provide an excellent product and go the extra mile in service. The food and drink are always top-notch! I have been going to this Second Cup for a few years. They stayed open during Covid. They deserve your business.
Myron Ho: was very kind and he would ask me how I am doing. The service is excellent and I leave this location with a smile on my face. It is located near Central LRT, on the concourse level of Telus Plaza. However it’s a quite a bit of a walk from City Centre mall, but it’s worth it when you are greeted by a friendly gentleman who cares about you.
Erika T: It’s always a pleasant experience at this second cup. The gentleman who works the morning shift is a great way to start the day. He’s friendly and so fast. All the staff is efficient which is appreciated when we need our caffeine fix.

Excellent customer service, as we were late to pick up and they were flexible to change the time, and also helped us out to our vehicle with the boxes. We will surely order again!
