Barb & Ernie's Old Country Inn: what do users think?

Stefanie Decker: The food was delicious, but the space is small and super busy, so you may have to wait a bit to get in. The staff are awesome they never rush you, and they're so friendlyParking: Limited number of angle parking

Kris Marcinowski: Excellent breakfast!

Mitch: An absolute gem, you must read the restaurant history on the menu, you'll laugh, you'll cry, it's an emotional rollercoaster. THE FOOD, oh my gosh we went for breakfast and split a classic breakfast with the bacon hotcake and the black forest eggs Benedict, absolutely gorgeous food, giant portions at a great price. So happy I finally got to see the inside of this place.

Darlene Aikens: Great food and atmosphere! Was able to spend 2hours with a friend I hadn't seen in years. Never felt rushed. Coffee was delicious and nonstop.Curry ketchup to die for!!!!Parking: Parking is free but limited.

R X: Raw Deutschland warmth and sausages and sauces. Oml what are in the sauces????!!! My friend from Hamburg said the mustard is the exact as the ones when he was a kid. And this places kindness to pair up with lagano skies after hearing they're closing down? I love humanity and friendship in my food.

OTTO Food & Drink: what do users think?

Ario Magana: Came here for food and drinks with the family. The food was amazing and tasty but for 11.50$ for just a sausage was a little concerning for me. I thought maybe it wouldve atleast came with a bun! But overall the food was actually reallt good. They got busy so maybe thats why service was a little slow. Ide also reccomend some A.C but i had a great time and plan on coming back! Cheers!

T T: . Sausage was unique. Mac and Cheese was pretty good. Best dish we tried was the brussel sprouts. The pickles were absolutely delightful. I think they must make them in house. I think they're half sour dills. They have that pleasant lactofermented funk.Wouldn't make a trip to the area just for this restaurant, but would come again given the opportunity if I was in the area.Edit -I re-read my review after owner commented. I don't think 3 stars was fair for food when compared to other local offerings. My visit was pleasant, and they do offer something that other places do not. I Upped food to 4 stars.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Low key environment. They have high chairs.Parking: Street parking only. Fills up fast.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to get into the restaurant. Would be reasonably easy to get inside with a chair.

Thomas Borreson: , and what's perhaps the best schnitzel I've had in Edmonton. Sides are things like pretzels, sauerkraut, pickles, salads, fries and roasted Brussels sprouts. There are also many vegetarian options, including sausages. And, they have a rather diverse drink selection with a good range of craft beers, cocktails, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.Despite being located where I'd never expect a restaurant to be, it's really charming. OTTO is a great place to go with a group, and loading up a board with shareable stuff. It's especially good in the summer, because instead of a mere patio they have a rather remarkable garden which is just a lovely place to spend the warmer weather, and it certainly seems to be popular with locals. The bicycle logo is quite apt, because reaching Otto is actually a fairly nice ride thanks to 114 Avenue's counterflow bike lane. We went up 92 Street from the LRT multi-use path, riding along calm, tree-lined streets. Apparently improvements are coming to the segment from the MUP to 112 Ave as part of the Boyle Street neighbourhood revitalization.Everything about the place is just so well-considered. I just wish they had brunch.

Ceara Crawford: Otto has been a long time favourite of mine for a quick evening drink. Sitting in garden is a must for your YEG summer bucketlist! Also, best fries in the city by FAR but beware they are not gluten free. If they were, I'd never leave.Kid-friendliness: They love kids here!! And the style of dining works well for kiddoes. Plus, kid friendly dishes for picky eaters.Dietary restrictions: Not great for gluten free. You can eat sausage, coleslaw, and sometimes dessert. Servers aren't confident in answering dietary questions.

Preston Thomson: What an awesome place. Dill pickle soup was absolutely delicious as well. Would highly recommend for to anyone and especially those who are gluten-free or celiac. The entire menu is gluten-free.Dietary restrictions: Excellent for someone who is celiac.

I highly recommend Continental Treats for a remarkable dining experience that seamlessly combines amazing GF food, a welcoming ambiance, and impeccable service.I have been celiac for 22 years, love to try all foods, travel the world and have never come across a restaurant like this, it truly is a Celiac's gastronomical paradise. No matter your desires, make dill pickle soup one of them!Dietary restrictions: EVERYTHING is 100% Gluten Free

Ette: We've only been here once but I was very impressed by the gluten free menu, dill pickle soup, and schnitzel. ☺♥ We'll be back!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Entirely gluten free menu!

Muggnz Family Restaurant: what do users think?

ken porter: , pancakes - divine!Highly recommended and definitely kid friendly

Travis Plugoway: The staff was very courteous and accommodating. My Dad ordered breakfast, which included toast. He said that he didn't want any toast because it affects his diabetes so the server asked if he'd like some fruit instead. The thoughtfulness is what will keep me coming back and my parents will want to visit there again when they are in town next time 🙂The food was very nicely presented and tasted as good as it looks also.

The Glass Monkey: what do users think?

Cheryl Wolffe: The mushroom soup was phenomenal!!!

Shannon McConnell: I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Pretty restaurant and nice patio. The service was excellent. A great selection of wine and beer. For starters we had mushroom soup and chicken wings. The mushroom soup was delicious and flavourful. The S&P chicken wings were just slightly undercooked for my taste but they were juicy and had a nice crisp to them. I loved the fact that the carrots served were fresh juicy and crispy. Not old carrots as so often is served. For mains we both had Halibut with veggies, and rice. The halibut was lovely, well seasoned and fresh tasting. The veggies were cooked perfectly and the rice was light and fluffy. But for 43 dollars a plate I really would have liked a little more… wow.The bread pudding was rich, sweet, moist, and my favourite part of the meal. Not always a dessert person but I was glad I ordered this one. So yummy!

YEG.SELLS Edmonton: Excellent food! Great warm and friendly staff. Love the atmosphere. 💕

Autumn Murphy: Happy laid back attitudeWith atmosphere of kindness, warmth &Oh yes , Amazing Food !Parking: Parking is never difficult

Allan: Very cute environment, good people, but honestly the food felt like it was grasping for the 'metropolitan hipster gastropub' but doesn't quite achieve any quality. Worth a visit to see if it's your style. They're on an award list of some kind. Some people must have loved it.I've only been tried 6 seperate dishes, give it the benefit of the doubt until I've tried more I guess.Oh and remember, if you have the beet salad, it turns everything red. You're not dying haha

Miriadlove: I spent the last year WANTING to come here. I'm kicking myself for putting it off in favor of company coming with, or plans falling through due to Covid. An absolutely delicious experience.💙💙💙💙💙

Chantelyn Pineda: This place is so adorable and homey! A great patio to spend an evening with small plates, enjoy a pizza, or indulge in local cuisine.

Velma Ko: This was unexpectedly a good find. We sat out on the patio to enjoy the outdoors rather than in the darker decor of the Gastropub interior. The hostess and server were very welcoming and pleasant and accommodated us having outside food for the toddler until our meals were served. We ordered quiche and salad, burger and fries and quesadilla and fries. All were very tasty and had good eye appeal. I would make a return trip. It's within walking distance from home. Although we ordered from the lunch menu, dinner meals were available.Kid-friendliness: Booster chairs are available. But we had a stroller and table was adjusted to accommodate it.Parking: The restaurant is part of a strip mall, so parking is adequate and one can park very close to restaurants entrance.

Delaney Montague: Kaitlin was superb and gave me awesome service. One of the best patios Rob and Jennine are the most fantastic owners and always treat us like family.Would always recommend and keep coming back.

Homefire Grill - To Go Available: what do users think?

Vinze Doroy: Rating - 10/10Price - $$Comment - Really soft, flavorful and sweet buns. It has 6 slices of bannock. It is much worth it rather than buying single slices.Poutine

Heather Chappell: so we can come back. I recommend everyone to come try this restaurant, it’s seriously the best food/service that I’ve ever experienced. I will be dreaming of the chicken cordon bleu until the next time we come. And we will be back!

Russ Dingle: Everything was great, accommodated a celiac member of our family very well, quick service and good food, very delicious bison stew, burgers and fettuccine and for our celiac guest a custom done blackened salmon and mashed potatoes - server was excellent, a good experience.Dietary restrictions: Celiac accomodating

Zayde Vogler: Incredible, the food was fantastic I had the salmon bowl this time but I've been here a couple times and have had the elk pasta and the sea food morney which were both good but the salmon bowl is my favorite dish here, they also have great bannock. The service is amazing everyone is super nice and lovely to talk to, we had danny which may be my favorite person ive ever been served by. It's also quite fast service which is always a plus. The atmosphere is amazing I love the decorations and with everyone being so nice it makes for a amazing place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Fantastic restaurant highly recommended.

Kris Klemchuk: .Vegetarian options: A couple of vegetarian options, namely 2 wood-fired pizza's and a couple of appetizers.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu and family-friendly atmosphere.Parking: Easy to access with lots of space.

Braven: what do users think?

Lance Cardinal: Absolutely one of the best steakhouses in Edmonton to eat at. The grilled scallops are an incredible appetizer and any of the stakes are beautifully made on an open flame right in front of your eyes. The atmosphere is elegant and romantic and right in the heart of the ice District. Perfect place for a birthday or special occasion or even a place to go after an amazing Oilers hockey game!

Asmir Grozdanic: Me and my cousins our first time coming here, we had a new servers who started I believe her name was Rhilene I could have just butcher the name wrong I'm truly sorry, she was great and everything, our food did take a bit longer to come by and I did respect a lot from the server and manager coming up to us and explaining about it, but we weren't even mad at all, the food was outstanding, sure its pricy but what do you expect all meats in any steakhouse have gone up due to inflation so resurants have to survive and do the best they can, we really enjoyed the food, and the manager checked on us and apologized, but we assured him that everything still was amazing, he didn't have to give us a 10% discount or the free dessert as not every place can be perfect but we appreciated the give back we got for the small mistake, the banana split sundae was amazing, we will forsure be back and I do appreciate everyone their for their hard work and dedication to the business. 💙

Jim Taylor: , his wine suggestions for our meal were perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience.

jenna carducci: My husband and I visited Braven tonight as a late celebration for his birthday. Deborah was our server and was absolutely wonderful! She was very attentive and friendly without being bothersome and always made sure we were well taken care of. The other servers were all very helpful in serving and helping clean our table. The manager came by a couple times to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. My husband had a steak and I had the salmon, both were absolutely delicious. Also highly recommend the pull apart bread as an appetizer and definitely the cheesecake for dessert! Thanks again to Deborah and everyone for a great experience!

Mariya Beik: BRAVEN truly impressed me with its delectable dishes and impeccable service, particularly provided by Jordan. This makes it a must-visit for anyone seeking a remarkable culinary adventure in Edmonton.Atmosphere: 5/5 …

Wilfred's: what do users think?

Gabriela Marchant: Excellent quality on servica & food

T M: Decent breakfast/brunch. Don't change the biscuit and egg's benedict sauce ya'll have, it's the best I've had thus far. 👌🏼 Cool if Wilfred's had weekly feature items to keep their menu exciting. Service was friendly, attentive, and prompt.

K Onclin: We'll be back - brunch looks great!

Kay Kusi: Cute little spot in the brewery district!I love the tasty biscuit incorporated into almost all of the breakfast items. I got the eggs Benedict. I didn't love the smashed hash browns but I seemed to get the crispy dregs. My friends had full smashed potatoes. The yuzu-palmer is also delicious!!Will definitely be back to try more!

Christyne Boyer: Such a great brunch place! They don't take reservations on the weekends, so show up a little early, especially if you have a larger group. All staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our waitress made sure to check in once each of my friends showed up to take their drink order. I don't drink coffee, but they have a full espresso bar and the lattes looked amazing. Highly recommend the Yuzu-Palmer! The food...omg the food. Probably one of THE best egg bennys ever and the smashed potato hasbrowns were amazing. Plus, you can get some Made by Marcus ice cream for dessert. You won't be disappointed here!

Jeff Hudson: The food has improved a lot over the years, but the kitchen is pretty slow

Continental Treat Fine Bistro Gluten Free- Jasper Ave: what do users think?

Ben West: A very calm, intimate atmosphere, nice and quiet great for a date night. Menu has lots of interesting options you won’t see many other places, but a few more common staples if you’re not feeling adventurous. Been a couple times now and haven’t tried anything I didn’t like. Try the dill pickle soup! Trust me. Staff are accommodating and friendly. The parking out front on Jasper is only $1.00/hour.Dietary restrictions: Look it up to double check because this doesn’t effect me, but my understanding is they’re gluten free as well which is awesome!

Evelyn Neame: , the perogie medley and the Camembert. I loved that I could have a ton of tasty appies for the price of a main course. The restaurant was quiet and the service excellent! I highly recommend the Continental Treat Jasper Avenue!

Sean Watt: I have been a loyal customer for years but had only just recently ventured to their new location. Both are wonderful but the downtown location really has a lot to offer. Try them both!Parking: I parked right out front, but this is very limited.

Rene Carlos: which was outstanding; the dill pickle soup, perogies were the standouts for me. We also tried the chicken stroganoff not pictured but i can say it was delicious and fresh. Out of the perogies the mushroom spinach was absolutely delicious. We ordered a lot for two people and i was excited to try this place out. Dill pickle soup, smoked salmon, garlic shrimp, escargot, perogies ,chicken stroganoff, black forest cake and tiramisu. We wanted to try the rack of lamb, unfortunately it wasnt available that day.Last time i was in the space it was the hardware grill circa 2005/2006 ish; and the decor was nice and private. I will be back solely for the soup and perogies in the future.Kid-friendliness: private big booths could seat large familiesParking: parking on the street

Claire Barton: We were in town from Toronto to visit dear friends. They took us to Continental Treat for dinner. We were blown away. Dinner was absolutely amazing. I had the French Onion Soup and the Chicken Schnitzel. Every bite was delicious. We finished with the dessert Pierogies. The service was equally as wonderful. It's been a few weeks, and we are still raving about it. We can't wait to come back.Dietary restrictions: Definitely a must visit if you are gluten-free. If you're not, then you're in for a real treat.

B Berg: Went for lunch. Staff were attentive to our needs. Food was fabulous as always. I love this place on Jasper Ave.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide entrance, tables are far enough apart for wheelchair accessibility.Dietary restrictions: This is a glueten free restaurant. This gluten free food tasted this wonderful, taste is exceptional. Their huge desserts, yes all gluten free delicious!

Matt Lemke: This place has amazing food, service, and atmosphere. The perogies are very good. The schnitzel was crispy and served with a delicious gravy. The attention to detail on all aspects of service and quality are not to be overlooked. The Belgian beers are obviously curated and the wine selection will not disappoint. Come visit, you will be pleased.

YEG.SELLS Edmonton: Delicious food, wine, excellent staff with a clean posh environment - but desert isn’t their specialty. I ordered the deep fried strawberry Nutella perogies, but they weren’t fried and reminded me of my toddler days when I ate play dough. Just don’t order dessert but definitely do dinner here - you won’t regret it!!!!

Tharun Bangera: I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and the attentive service during my visit. However, I found the pricing of the food to be disproportionate to the quality offered. Additionally, the tiramisu dessert was quite underwhelming, as it lacked the expected smooth and airy texture. Instead, it appeared dry and overly sweet, resembling more of a cake than an authentic tiramisu.

Leanne Stein: Indeed, it's a lovely spot for date night! And my go-to spot for a quick lunch with a friend to catch up 🐦🌻Parking: We paid $3.50 street parking
