John Lilley: Very experienced pond builders. They also provide spring and fall service to prepare for the season ahead.Just adding an update:The team at Waterworks continues to deliver great service for us. They advised the use of several biological agents to control algae and maintain a balanced eco-system. We have clear water and healthy fish. We have known the team since about 2010.The picture shows our pond. But look closely and a mother mallard is there with 9 ducklings. They didn't stay long thank goodness.

Samantha Whalen: My parents recently had a waterfall feature installed on their acreage and can't say enough good things about this company. Steve and his crew were very professional from start to finish. They were masters at designing an aesthetically pleasing feature while also taking care to ensure the waterfall worked flawlessly. They even kindly relocated several frogs they encountered during construction! Friends who have viewed the waterfall were amazed, thinking it would have been a much more expensive undertaking than it actually was. Overall, would definitely recommend, and are recommending to all of our friends.
Klint Kolach: It was an easy pleasant experience. Ended up buying a water feature. There was a lineup of running waterfalls and features to look at. This is the 3rd time going to water ponds. They also have a good selection of rocks for waterfalls.

Alan Evertson: Recently went there to find a solution for a bubbler issue we were having. We had been told at another establishment to use a 5 gallon pail to house a pump for the bubbler. Went to Water Works and they laughed at that and offered up a permanent solution to our needs. It was a totally positive experience and the the items you recommended were exactly what was needed!!! I mostly wanted one large enough for pigeons to drink from as they seem to immerse their whole heads to drink and my one little birdbath needed to be filled several times per day and really was not practical as these birds are big. They were working at a house in our neighbourhood and Dillon sent someone over to take pictures and measurements for a quote within minutes of me calling. He kept me updated as to when they would be able to start, they worked around the schedule of our irrigation company so that everything could be installed properly, they fixed the mess our previous landscapers had left. Reg Crawford: . He was patient and asked questions initially so he could walk away with a clear idea of what we were looking to achieve. He got back to us with a plan and a step by step schedule of what he thought would need to be done with a reasonable price of what each step might cost. Ranges of pricing were included dependent upon conditions as they were found.Greg and his foreman, Andrew worked together and consulted with us before the job started as did their site foreman at each step of the process. They and particularly their site foreman were willing to answer questions, explain why they were proceeding in a certain way and willing to make helpful suggestions as to a better way to tackle a particular problem. Any adjunct ideas and additions were discussed and accommodated if possible. However, for these there were additional costs

They came out to see what the situation was, and identified a major problem in an area we hadn't even considered to be an issue. Fixing it was the right thing to do, and even though it took budget away from all the features we wanted in our yard, I'm glad it's fixed properly. We have a good start on our dream back yard now. The landscaping crew was efficient, respectful, and the work site was tidy at the end of every day. Materials that were on the road were always marked off with pylons. My neighbors also commented that the workspace was very tidy. We would hire this crew back any time for more improvements!
