Abby Chebli: Recently brought my Lincoln aviator to the Waterloo ford location for a routine oil change. I called in and booked the appointment with Shannon over the phone who was very knowledgeable and adept. She scheduled me in a complimentary thorough cleaning of my vehicle as well as a loaner vehicle for the day, which is incredibly convenient. Once I came in for service, I had the pleasure of dealing with Kenneth and his partner who I can’t remember the name of at the moment. They were very kind. Ken showed me around the loner vehicle and promptly kept me up to date with what was going on with my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable. The next day, they sent over a driver to drop off my vehicle and pick up the loaner which put the cherry on top the already incredible service. I am glad I am back to dealing with this service dealer. Before this I had a range rover vehicle and they did not offer this level of service at all, at the Jaguar Land Rover service they make you feel like you’re a second class citizen if you are not driving a RR sport or Porsche. At Lincoln you get the top of the line service regardless and not to mention the complimentary clean and loaners are really nice to have when you need it. Thank you !
