Out of the 6 companies, New Image Flooring was the fastest in terms of response time, fair pricing, and a quick installation.I reached out on a Sunday, the following Monday was a holiday but Shawn still reached out to let me know he would follow up on Tuesday with more information. Andy Hoang: I just replaced the carpet in my house with Luxury Vinyl Plank and New Carpet. Shawn was amazing to deal with. Patient with all of my questions and ready to help when problems came up. He was knowledgeable with the products and gave us advice on which ones he would recommend. I got Quotes from a few different companies and New Image Flooring was the best value in my opinion.Sam and his crew were the installers and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional. After the Vinyl Plank was installed, I noticed some marks on some boards. It turned out they were manufacturing defects. Shawn and Sam coordinated with me and came back to replace all of the boards. It made everything stress free. I would definitely recommend New Image Flooring.

I visited the showroom to get inspiration and was able to take some samples home so we could decide on the colour.We had installers come over to remove a section of the floor that had been previously covered with rocks by old owner. They featherd the boards in and now we can't tell where it used to be. Blended perfectly.Sanding/stain crew was excellent, very minimal damage to the baseboards, only light touchups needed. Very happy with how it turned out and now our 15year old Ash floor looks brand new. We opted for a grey/brown look and also added recessed vents

We are in the process of renovating a 1914 house and originally wanted to refinish the 108 year old fir floors. After figuring out that this wasn’t the best option, Leona helped us up pick out some matte maple flooring that would look historically accurate in the home. Throughout the entire process Touchwood was easy to communicate with and generously offered advice on how to remove and store the original fir flooring to prevent damage, so that we can use them in a future renovation project. Bj Serink: I dealt with the friendly staff at the Mr Plank location on 99th ST; they were very helpful in-person and quick to respond to emails. Would have been 5 stars but I felt that my question about gluing down a few planks of the rubber-backed vinyl was poorly answered by Troy. Being told to strip off the rubber was not a good solution. I eventually found a glue that would stick to it. I bought the Homes Pro brand of SPC, which seemed too cheap to be good quality but installation was easy and so far it seems very durable.
Lorraine Chaput: The installers did a great job, they were on time and accomodating. I appreciated that Troy was quick to reply to my inquiries and price was reasonable.

The only reason I didn't put down 5-star is because there were some issues with the carpet installation that shouldn't have happened if the installer was more experienced, however, this was corrected promptly and professionally after I reported it.
