Ronald Boivin: Excellent work. I had a large expensive pre-finished floor redone sanded, treated and recoated by Sebastian from Dynamic Edge Hardwood. There were also some stairs and landings involved. The whole process from start to finish took 2 and 1/2 days. Sebastian arrived on time every morning as promised and was very professional in his demeanour and quality of work. He managed to keep his equipment out of my way as much as possible even though I was working from home. He was unobstrusuve in his presence and I hardly noticed him in my house. This was a plus for me because I do not like people in my space. The final finished floor and stairs were superb. Water stains snd gouges in the floor were all gone. I highly recommend you ask for Sebastian from this company. We had previously tried to work smoothly with one other competing company. Their fees were about 20% higher and they rarely responded to our calls. We lucked out in finding Dynamic Edge Hardwood I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend them.

He is very meticulous and genuinely cared that we were happy with the outcome and got exactly what we wanted. Terry Rosenau: I was just reading through the reviews that had been posted prior to mine and did not see anything negative written about Sebastian and Dynamic Edge Hardwood Services. We had our birch hardwood floor sanded and refinished just over 2 weeks ago. Sebastian had a gentleman named Kevin helping him and what a delightful experience. Both were incredibly competent in their work and workmanship. They were pleasant to deal with. They did excellent work and we are still pleased as punch over the work they did. 2 highlights of Dynamic Edge are the vacuum system that they use when sanding the floor. We had put covers over much of our furniture and that was virtually unnecessary. It was incredible given they pulled 2 full garbage bags of sanding dust from their extractor during the job. Secondly was their edging machine. We did not have to remove our baseboards for this project. They got within 1/16th of an inch or less to the baseboard with this machine. Very Impressive. Finally, they repaired a number of boards that were installed poorly by the original installers. We are delighted with this workmanship as well. This was above the original quoted price as we had not decided how much of this work that we would have done. In the end, the price on the extra work was very fair. All in all, I highly recommend Dynamic Edge Hardwood Service. I selected them because of all the positive Google Reviews they had. In our opinion, they deserved every one of them. Excellent experience.

He was able to start early and worked diligently until it was finished. And they look AMAZING. I had been under the impression that we had to remove baseboards, but because he started on the day we took possession of our house, we did not have time to. But we didn't need to anyways. He was very efficient, the dust was minimum and my floor turned out as new!My floor had quite a few nails, and the wood around them absorbed the stain a bit more so that they show up as darker dots on the floor. Some clients might not like this, but to me it gives my floor some character. I am very pleased with the results.
