Kirk Dewhurst: Nice pond/ lake in Hermitage Park. There is a nice dock to fish from and of course fishing 🎣 from the shore is great also. There are washroom facilities available nearby. There are picnic tables and benches around the pond for relaxing and enjoying good food. Lots of green spaces and trees 🌲 to enjoy a visit here. My wife and I have been here many times over the years and definitely recommend coming here.

Michelle Urban: Perfect little in the city fishing spot, my boys loved it. I wish there were a few benches along the shore and the dock needs some repairs. But that's super minor. Will definitely be going again!

Hermitage Park is located in the north-east end of the city. Filled with natural trails, a large off-leash dog area and picnic sites, this park provides users a variety of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Fishing and paddling activities are also available.

Kirk Dewhurst: Nice stocked lake for fishing 🎣 and canoeing. When my wife and I were here there were several people fishing 🎣. There is a walking 🚶🏻 trail all the way around the lake. There is washroom facilities available here. There is a dock that you can cast your fishing line from. Just a great spot to enjoy a relaxing stroll 🚶♀️ or some good fishing. There is a lookout deck and benches to rest on.
Inting Kabisote: Clean pond and the water not bad smell unlike the other pond/lake around Alberta. There is a pathway that you can hike or bike. Too many small size yellow perch there, but this time I got one size 9”🤩

David Kai: Definitely a HIDDEN GEM. Dog park, tables, washrooms, boat launch, walking/cycling paths, stocked fishing pond, etc., etc., etc.
Kyle Fougere: Great spot for small perch and trout, both summer and winter.
Arlene Preston: It's a great place to go fishing in the evening after work. Don't expect any trophy fish though. The perch have taken over the shallows so most of the fish you catch will be under 3". If you can cast far enough out there are trout, mostly under 10" though.

Adam W: Took my kids fishing here. It's such a nice little place to fish. Quite peaceful for the most part. My only complaint was the kayakers, a group of students were learning and they had total disregard for our lines.
Marilyn Santiago-Cosi: Love this lake for fishing and for long walks. Lots of space around, but on the lake itself, a lot of kayakers and paddlers go back and forth while you're trying to fish! So I try not to go fishing on the weekends 🙃
