Preston Sniher: Been going here since I was old enough to operate a wrench. Anytime I do a DIY project, I usually need to make one or more stops to Edmonton Nut & Bolt. Whether it's Grade 8 structural bolts for work, or uncommon button-head machine screws for one of my home-build speaker projects, they either have it, or have something else that will work. It's also nice to get the dozen pieces you need rather than bulk quantities from those online guys. Lower unit cost only to have 90 spares collecting dust doesn't make sense to me. It's sure nice to have an "old school" counter-sales nut and bolt shop like this that didn't get so big they won't walk to the back and conjure up a small bag of parts. Courteous staff - and they always seem to know where to find that exact "odd duck" nut or bolt in that ocean of bins in the back.

Scott Briggs: I’ve been a business owner for 29 years now, and one of my pet peeves is customer service. No amount of money spent on advertising is as valuable as good customer service. Yesterday I walked into a big name fastener company looking for what should have been quite an easy fix for my problem, I left disappointed because there was very little effort to solve my problem because I wasn’t placing a huge order. I understand my order wasn’t going to make them money this time, but that’s short sighted thinking. K2 restored my faith by finding a solution in about two minutes, this is a company I will definitely go back to and make sure I recommend to anyone looking for fasteners. Thanks again!!!!
