A service technician came to the house to repair. The house service charge was waived and I only paid for the time and parts.Always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Nico Shillingford: Happy with the service we received.We had rented two attachments from WR Scott over the weekend. Our stump grinder stopped working after an hour, however they were quick to replace it with a different unit and even gave a 20% discount off the bill.
Susan Patterson: We had our gravel driveway wash out with all the rain we’ve had. I called WR Scott Equipment and asked if they had a machine that would help us grade our driveway and make the ditch larger to handle the rushing water . They gave me professional advice for using a Skidsteer with a bucket. They delivered the machine on time and we were able to fix the driveway and the ditch. Bonus * the cab of the skid steer has A/C!I would recommend this company to others. Thank you, S &J Patterson

Kathleen Mickle: We were in the market for a ride on lawn mower and had decided from online that we wanted a Cub Cadet. Their website directed us to dealers in the area and we stopped by 4 Seasons. We met Todd and described what we were looking for. He was fantastic throughout the entire process giving us as much information as we asked for and had a no pressure attitude that we greatly appreciated. We took home a quote, reviewed it, called to put down a deposit and picked up the equipment on our schedule. He made the entire process easy and pain-free. We have since been back for more small motors and Todd continues to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He will have our business whenever we are shopping in a line of products 4 Season's carries and our complete recommendation to anyone else who might be looking.

Benjamin Speers: I used this company for the first time and I am happy I did I had a backpack blower tune up and needed an additional back pack blower. I dealt with the sales manager, all the service front desk agents, and even the technician that did the tune up. I mentioned I was commercial and they had it done on the same day! Please note they were honest with me and said it might take 2 to 3 weeks.They were friendly and knowledgeable, they have a very impressive store but I still got a personable touch that you might experience from small family business. Cant say enough about how much they helped me even over the holiday season.TLC thanks all the 4 seasons staff and I am looking forward to doing business with you in the future.

There was no pressure at any point of the sale, and Todd kept me in the loop with everything going on after i ordered the tractor, he even ended up staying late so I could go and pick up my new unit! Had a couple minor issues with the tractor mainly due to the weather, Dan in service was very informative, and helped to get everything straightened out.
