Love getting my eyebrows threaded here! The ladies here do such a great job and are very friendly. I wish I could make an appointment online rather than just doing a walk in ... but at least the wait time isn't too long usually!

My experience with Urban brows was really good. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to go there. Everything was properly sanitized and main thing I satisfied with work.

A few weeks back when it was so bitterly cold, we started taking my daughter to Bonnie Doon Mall to explore and walk around. She was enthralled by all the stores and sounds but was particularly drawn in to the Urban Brows. The lights and footprint decals caught her eye, but she also quickly became enamored with one of the employees, Sepideh. Sepideh is warm and kind and always greets my girl with a smile. She lets her sit in the chairs and play with her timer and always seems as happy to see my little one as she is to see Sepideh. On Valentine's Day, my girl bought her a carnation to show her how special she is. Today when we went to visit, she gave her a little lamb stuffy that has quickly become her little security sheep! She didn't have to do that but she is just the nicest, and she genuinely cares about our little girl. And yes, I have gotten my brows done there now. She was fast, focused, and gentle. My brows have been severely neglected since the birth of my little one, and within five minutes they are looking better than they ever have! So shoutout to Sepideh at Urban Brows. The nicest, kindest brow threader ever.

I visited the Mill Woods Town Centre location today and got my eyebrows threaded and pencilled in. Farah was absolutely fantastic! Really in tune with what shape would look good, and the colour of the pencil was perfect. I don't think my eyebrows have ever looked this good! Thanks so much Farah! �
