After spending dozens of hours researching the perfect home gym for my garage setup. I was dead set on purchasing the FT2 as it had everything I needed (smith bar with lock outs for safety, weight multiplier, dual stack, able to do rows and lat pulldowns) but with a hefty price tag at $4000 on sale. So it took me longer to make up my mind. And then I saw this new unit from inspire called the sf3. The model is based on the FT2 but with some improvements and obviously a lot less. You still get your pullup bar, smith bar and dual pulley that adjusts up and down. You can also store accessories on the back as well as hang up your inspire bench if you purchased with a FLB2. I was able to package the FLB2 with the sf3 for an unreal price at Flaman.

We went to the Yellowhead location in Edmonton to look at upgrading our old Weider station and was helped by Trevor Moen. We initially thought we wanted a bowflex but after Trevor took the time to show us both machines and listened to what I wanted for results we decided on the Inspire functional trainer. I had seen these machines before but was always intimidated to try them. I would have never thought of using one let alone know how but so glad that Trevor took the time to show us how to use it and let me try it out. So excited to upgrade to this unit and can’t wait to get it home.


So far really enjoying these weights. Loving the versatility and the space saving for our home gym. The adjustment mechanism works great, although a bit sticky on one of them when it came out of the box. I think that was simply from some plastic flecks from manufacturing. Once I cleaned it out, seems to work fine. The weights are more delicate than I thought they would be. Wouldn’t drop them on the floor or treat roughly, a good chance something internal will break. But that’s not a huge concern. Overall these were a great purchase!


Hello, Purchased the XT685 3yrs ago and have been very pleased with it. Its has been used for 4 hours a day generally 5 days a week without any issues. Solid with quality construction setup was easy out of the box. The only complaint is the App is poor and you can't sync with any other HRM's other that the provided chest strap. That has been my experience with the HRM anyway but others may have gotten it to work. Out here in western Canada the winters are long and cold, running outside can be a challenge, this treadmill has been an excellent option. You won't get the tech bells and whistles with this machine, the money you spend will be on high quality over **** components and heavy duty frame. I would recommend this treadmill WILA


The Abbotsford location is easy to get to, the store manager is friendly and quickly helped me find what I was looking for. This is my first upright spin bike. I had outgrown the recumbent bike I have, and was looking to replace it with a proper spin bike. The Bowflex C6 fit my needs: lots of resistance levels for intense workouts, smooth belt driven system provides great on bike sensation, and quiet. Easy setup, took me about 30 minutes to put it together.
