Still Moon: For me, last October I was at a breaking point - I was going crazy trying to think! I have four kids at home - two under 5, two in online school. So I started checking out co-working spaces. But, I need somewhere that can be a permanent setup. And many of them were very corporate or had a lot of rules/things I had to agree to that seemed odd.Then I found Intelligent Office. I have my own office on the 20th floor, a gorgeous view, kitchen/fridge access, an amazing bike room, and a great food court! Office furniture is provided, internet is solid, and I can close my door and think/get work done!The staff are really professional, so if you need a phone, photocopier, printing, meeting rooms, mailing address and a lot of other things, they easily and professionally handle it all.They really care -- and the whole experience has been way better than I ever imagined. It's going to be hard to leave when my company goes back to the office.

My wife and I rented apartment 209 for 8 weeks for our son to attend Nait. This apartment comes fully furnished, and was very and well maintained. Parking is included as well with plug ins. Patricia the manager lives on site , she is lovely and was very accommodating to any and all requests. We will be renting here again for the next three years, the remainder of our sons Nait schooling.
Good value for the money. Patricia is so helpful & responds to any questions/needs right away. We stayed for 6 weeks and would stay there again. If I had any concerns it would only be that I wish there was furniture covers- but all was good. Walking to the grocery store made life much easier.

Randy Gorrie: We were down in Edmonton at the Cancer Clinic and stayed in two different houses that Patricia Marcotte had arranged for us, she was very accommodating, easy to contact and very attentive to our needs. The houses we clean, comfortable and in quiet neighbourhoods. The pricing was very reasonable and nice to have the room for the 6 weeks we were there.For a family it was such a good fit instead of a boarding house or hotel. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

The places are set up very nicely and are really modern and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if looking for a place!

One month led to two, and Patricia was sure to accommodate us. All requests, including a work table, were provided very quickly. Building was clean and well maintained, inside and out. Any inquiries were responded to promptly by either Patricia or Andre. Rental periods are flexible which was very important for me as my timeline kept getting extended. Highly recommend.

Element Chiropractic: I chose Ritchie Mill for my practice because of the absolutely gorgeous architecture. Over the 3+ years that we have been here we have had the privilege of being in a gorgeous original brick office, and then moved up to a larger suite on the third floor that boasts beautiful original wood beams throughout. This is a very unique space and the location and parking are always appreciated by my patients. If you are looking for a unique space to set up shop then definitely come check this place out!

Cole Berg: This is my first time renting an apartment so I don't have anything to compare to, but the building is really nice and don't have any complaints so far. Only improvement I can think of is in the parkade, add more sensors to open the door because it can be difficult to get out.
