heba Sandouga: Noha is the most phenomenal wedding planner. We hired her for day of coordination and it was the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. Our families were both able to enjoy the day without having to worry about anything. Before the wedding, Noha coordinated with all my create a very detailed timeline. We also shared a timeline with our families so they knew where they needed to be and when. Noha is very quick to respond when I messaged her before the wedding and she took care of some last minute items the day after the wedding for us!In the morning, Noha brought her steamer to steam my dress. She also responded to calls from other vendors on the day of the event to keep everything stress free for us! During our couple photo session, Noha helped the photographers capture beautiful moments that we will cherish forever. She ensured my makeup looked great and fixed my dress for me when needed. At the reception, she bustled my dress and solved the issue of my veil dragging all over the dance floor. Noha did a fantastic job problem solving the issues that surfaced on the day of the event. I highly recommend hiring Noha, she is definitely worth the investment. I can proudly say I enjoyed my wedding all thanks to her hard work and commitment ♥️

Maram Saidi: The best decision my husband and I made was to have Noha coordinate our wedding. The week leading up to the wedding was one of the most stressful weeks as we were figuring out final details of the day, and Noha was there every step of the way, not only trying to calm me down, but also coming up with ideas, and taking control of everything that needed to be done. For example, the weather forecast took a major turn on our wedding day and Noha was quickly able to think of plan b AND c! She found the most beautiful indoor place for us to have our portrait photos which captured the exact look we wanted! Noha also planned out the wedding day itinerary and connected with all vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Noha took care of us by making sure we were fed, as the nerves often took over 😅, and she even brought me water on the dance floor to make sure I wasn’t dehydrated! Noha went above and beyond to make sure our families were having a good time, and there was not a single detail she missed in the process. Whether it was removing stains off my dress, remembering to bring umbrellas, or lining up our families for family photos, Noha was on top of it all! Emily Groenenboom: Hiring Olivia for wedding day management was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! As a type A person I initially thought I didn’t need anyone else to help me, however realizing we couldn’t do it all, I decided to hire Olivia as if I was going to trust anyone to execute my vision it was going to be her! We did food trucks for our meal for 160 people and without Olivia I wouldn’t have thought of all the things needed to make it run smoothly. She thought outside the box and prioritized my vision but also respectfully made decisions when she thought something may not work so well. She went above and beyond to make the day truly amazing and more perfect than we could have imagined. With weddings being so expensive initially we thought a coordinator was an extra we didn’t need, however if I did it all over again she would be the first person that I would reach out to. Throughout the planning she would always answer my 100 questions and never made me feel like I was bothering her or asking to many! On the day she was so calm, warm ,professional and organized. She thought of all the tiny details that I overlooked and when something would come up she would simply find a solution. We were all so thankful to have had her with us for the journey!

She created a stunning atmosphere and look to the night, one of the most beautiful weddings I've seen. Lauren Simpson: We hired Olivia as our Day of Coordinator but she was SO much more than that.Three weeks prior to our wedding we received a call from Olivia, telling us not to panic but she had heard that our venue had been shut down. Later that day she received confirmation that we no longer had a place to get married. With 150 guests travelling from around the world for our special day, it wasn’t an option for us to change our wedding date. Olivia jumped into action reaching out to all of her connections to try and find us a solution. After luckily securing a new venue, Olivia worked with all our vendors to update them on the new location, timeline and whatever else they needed.Olivia and her team took the stress out of our wedding day, allowing us to be present with each other and have more time with our guests. Her team executed the venue set up perfectly and worked with our vendors again to keep the day flowing.All in all, we have nothing but great things to say about Olivia Fata Events. Natalie Klatchuk: I found Olivia through social media and I am so grateful for stumbling on her page. When we started planning our wedding in 2021 we didn’t have any thoughts about needing help with day of, or set up, take down etc. However due to our wedding being in a restaurant we couldn’t get access to set up the night before. This is where Olivia came in. She has such an amazing variety of services including set up and take down and I knew after seeing her pictures and reviews that I could trust her in bringing my vision to life. I am very type A and letting someone else take my vision in their hands was a little daunting but Olivia made me feel so comfortable! We had FaceTime meetings, kept in touch via email and social media and met with the venue to go over all the details. Her and her team were beyond amazing. I would recommend her for any of your wedding planning or decorating needs. She truly felt like a close friend by the end of it all and those are the people you need on the most important, stressful and likely expensive day of your life. She went above and beyond at every turn and we were constantly in awe of her style and flawless execution. From her advice and suggestions at our rehearsal to a stunning set-up at the venue, she thought of everything. My jaw dropped when I saw the venue all done up for the evening. It exceeded anything I could have ever imagined. She and her team knocked it out of the park!She was so attentive and great at communicating throughout the day. There are not enough words, from the minute we first met Joelle, it was like we were old friends. She worked with us for months, asked all the right questions, gave helpful insight and shared her vast experience to help guide us through the proccess of planning the biggest day of our lives. Joelle’s online program leaves no room for error, reminders and step by step planning right down to the color of your socks.Joelle knows just about everyone in the industry from rentals,decor, flowers, cuisine etc. Her attention to detail is second to none and makes the whole process stress free and fun and when game day arrives, look out! sit back and watch the magic happen! Her and her assistants are simply awesome! Working around the clock to make sure you dont have to lift a finger. I absolutely love this human being and would do it all over again just to hire her!

Neal and Ayushie: Joelle is absolutely amazing!! She is the most upbeat, organized, and hilarious wedding planner out there. Joelle always made herself available for our many questions and constantly provided us with solutions, never a “sorry, it is what it is”. There were important things I missed in some of our vendor contracts, but Joelle caught them all and prevented us from any last minute scrambling. I started scrolling Pinterest and Instagram, talking with bridesmaids and parents and realized that this wedding was going to be unlike anything I had ever planned because there are so many emotions and expectations that we weren’t anticipating and stress from not having an actual clue how to pull it all together let alone within a reasonable budget. Thankfully, I was already a long-time follower of Joelle and have seen some of the beautiful weddings she’s put together so gave her a call for a Joy Date.Let me tell you - this woman can work miracles! After listening to my ideas and getting an idea where we were at, she went to work figuring out our extra large floorplan, gave me unique, Instagram-worthy décor ideas that will fit into our tight budget, problem solved some logistical issues, but more importantly, had us looking forward to our wedding day again. Her knowledge and experience in the industry was tremendously helpful. She rattled off answers to questions in minutes that I’d been stewing over for months. She gave us tips we never would have considered, and solved problems before we even knew we had them. Her fun-loving personality and laid-back attitude had me feeling so much more relaxed and confident that it was all going to work out. She planned my sisters wedding and I was a part of her badass brides membership. I took her advice and just had the best damn wedding. We kicked tradition to the curb and did the things we wanted. Jess Cohen: I purchased the Month-Of Coordination package from Cocktails and Details and it was hands down the best purchase of my entire wedding. Jenna not only did an incredible job working out the finer details of our wedding, but she and Alexis made sure my husband and I were comfortable and happy through the entire weekend. I honestly cannot say enough about the phenomenal service they provided. Every tiny detail that I'd overlooked was handled with grace. On the morning of my wedding, instead of stressing about where our wedding rings were or how our venue would look, I was having a dance party and enjoying my time with my friends and family. They were patient and answered all my questions to allow me to make my decision but never pressured me to upgrade. San NN: Our wedding was impacted by Covid and over the 2+ years of rescheduling, replanning and revising the order, M Weddings & Events stood by, honoured their contract with us, and maintained an amazingly patient and flexible attitude from day 1 right to the end of the event. We were also planning this from another province and communication with Mamta was seamless. The one funny thing was Mamta was slightly hesitant at the beginning with what I wanted with an "open mandap" but she went with it and was flexible merging her items and style with the items we added. It wasn't a fun few years for anyone, but the event industry was one that was hard hit. We were fortunate to have our deposits with M Weddings & Events because not once was there a worry on our end that we would lose our deposit. I was told by other brides that the wedding day can be overwhelming because everyone is asking you questions, I did NOT feel that AT ALL! Raj Dhami: I chose Exquisite for my wedding because they're so meticulous with the small details that make a big difference.For example, when I spoke with Abe he told me his backdrops are 30ft tall whereas others offered 15ft to 20ft backdrops. That extra length makes it feel as though your decor hands from ceiling to floor. This is important in your photos because you don't see the cutoff of the backdrop. It makes for a beautiful, clean photo for your photography team.Another small, but VERY important detail was the placement of the sparklers. It was in a perfect spot to be noticed but also ensuring everyone's safety. We had heard stories of sparks burning clothing and damaging linen. It was something Abe ensured us wouldn't happen and it didn't.Working with Amal was great. She helped us design our vision for the stage and she even talked us out of extra pieces because it would looked cramped. She saved us some money. The decor accented the colours, but also really highlighted us on stage.The other reason we chose Exquisite is because Abe's contacts in the industry become your contacts. I told him I needed to find someone to rent tents from and he gave me a few people contacts to reach out to.Both Amal and Abe are great at working with you to chat with the vendors you use and help solve problems that naturally come up during a wedding.They aren't just worth the price but also the peace of mind they provide.
