Our families were both able to enjoy the day without having to worry about anything. Before the wedding, Noha coordinated with all my create a very detailed timeline. We also shared a timeline with our families so they knew where they needed to be and when. Noha is very quick to respond when I messaged her before the wedding and she took care of some last minute items the day after the wedding for us!In the morning, Noha brought her steamer to steam my dress. She also responded to calls from other vendors on the day of the event to keep everything stress free for us! During our couple photo session, Noha helped the photographers capture beautiful moments that we will cherish forever. She ensured my makeup looked great and fixed my dress for me when needed. At the reception, she bustled my dress and solved the issue of my veil dragging all over the dance floor. Noha did a fantastic job problem solving the issues that surfaced on the day of the event. The week leading up to the wedding was one of the most stressful weeks as we were figuring out final details of the day, and Noha was there every step of the way, not only trying to calm me down, but also coming up with ideas, and taking control of everything that needed to be done. For example, the weather forecast took a major turn on our wedding day and Noha was quickly able to think of plan b AND c! She found the most beautiful indoor place for us to have our portrait photos which captured the exact look we wanted! Emily Groenenboom: Hiring Olivia for wedding day management was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! As a type A person I initially thought I didn’t need anyone else to help me, however realizing we couldn’t do it all, I decided to hire Olivia as if I was going to trust anyone to execute my vision it was going to be her! We did food trucks for our meal for 160 people and without Olivia I wouldn’t have thought of all the things needed to make it run smoothly. She thought outside the box and prioritized my vision but also respectfully made decisions when she thought something may not work so well. With weddings being so expensive initially we thought a coordinator was an extra we didn’t need, however if I did it all over again she would be the first person that I would reach out to. Lauren Simpson: We hired Olivia as our Day of Coordinator but she was SO much more than that.Three weeks prior to our wedding we received a call from Olivia, telling us not to panic but she had heard that our venue had been shut down. Later that day she received confirmation that we no longer had a place to get married. With 150 guests travelling from around the world for our special day, it wasn’t an option for us to change our wedding date. Olivia jumped into action reaching out to all of her connections to try and find us a solution. After luckily securing a new venue, Olivia worked with all our vendors to update them on the new location, timeline and whatever else they needed.Olivia and her team took the stress out of our wedding day, allowing us to be present with each other and have more time with our guests. When we started planning our wedding in 2021 we didn’t have any thoughts about needing help with day of, or set up, take down etc. However due to our wedding being in a restaurant we couldn’t get access to set up the night before. This is where Olivia came in. She has such an amazing variety of services including set up and take down and I knew after seeing her pictures and reviews that I could trust her in bringing my vision to life. There are not enough words, from the minute we first met Joelle, it was like we were old friends. She worked with us for months, asked all the right questions, gave helpful insight and shared her vast experience to help guide us through the proccess of planning the biggest day of our lives. Joelle’s online program leaves no room for error, reminders and step by step planning right down to the color of your socks.Joelle knows just about everyone in the industry from rentals,decor, flowers, cuisine etc. Her attention to detail is second to none and makes the whole process stress free and fun and when game day arrives, look out! sit back and watch the magic happen! We wanted to make sure that our family, friends, and us were able to be in the moment of the day, and Katelyn and team went above and beyond to make that happen. The one funny thing was Mamta was slightly hesitant at the beginning with what I wanted with an "open mandap" but she went with it and was flexible merging her items and style with the items we added. Raj Dhami: I chose Exquisite for my wedding because they're so meticulous with the small details that make a big difference.For example, when I spoke with Abe he told me his backdrops are 30ft tall whereas others offered 15ft to 20ft backdrops. That extra length makes it feel as though your decor hands from ceiling to floor. This is important in your photos because you don't see the cutoff of the backdrop. It makes for a beautiful, clean photo for your photography team.Another small, but VERY important detail was the placement of the sparklers. It was in a perfect spot to be noticed but also ensuring everyone's safety. We had heard stories of sparks burning clothing and damaging linen. It was something Abe ensured us wouldn't happen and it didn't.Working with Amal was great. She helped us design our vision for the stage and she even talked us out of extra pieces because it would looked cramped. She saved us some money. The decor accented the colours, but also really highlighted us on stage.The other reason we chose Exquisite is because Abe's contacts in the industry become your contacts. I told him I needed to find someone to rent tents from and he gave me a few people contacts to reach out to.Both Amal and Abe are great at working with you to chat with the vendors you use and help solve problems that naturally come up during a wedding.They aren't just worth the price but also the peace of mind they provide.
