Whale and the Wolf: The Trixstar team has always conducted themselves in the most professional manner possible. Our band has had the pleasure and opportunity to work with them on a number of occasions, and on every occasion, we are blown away by the attention to detail and level of care put into every aspect of what they do. With the recent introduction of Covid to the live-music sphere, Trixstar has been ahead of the curve in every way possible in the realm of addressing public health concerns. The level of safety they ensure for their staff, their artists and the patrons of the event is beyond anything we have ever encountered. If ever asked to play a Trixstar event, we jump at the opportunity. Associating our band’s brand with theirs has next-levelled our band’s trajectory on every occasion.

Colinne Stroud: Together again was the best way to go to an outdoor concert ever! Every single outdoor event should be run like this! Loved the tables. The merchandise and drinks right to the table was brilliant. My only want would be a food option done the same way, or a few more food trucks. I really hope they continue with this well into the future.

The service was great and it was so nice to sit and visit with friends around a table instead of side by side in a row. Loved it! Trixstar did a fantastic job moving people through, with the drink service, keeping the grounds clean and of course putting on a couple great shows! I hope this table trend becomes a 'thing'!

Kay and Adi were instrumental in making sure the planning and big day went smoothly. They were very accommodating throughout the whole process and the decor turned out so beautifully! The vendors we worked with through the Foundry Room were also so fantastic! We received many compliments on the catering and florals. We highly recommend the Foundry Room!

The planning process was simple, we planned our day in 6 months with ease. People kept asking me if we had everything ready and if I was stressed and I truly felt because of them I had no stress. The decor turned out amazing, and we only brought in a tiny little box ourselves, they had everything! Kay & Adi did a great job coordinating and helping me plan the day! The bartenders and all the other venue staff were all so kind and helpful.

Anwar Tuhl: was disappointing and substandard. There was miscommunication with many different parts of the event, and it felt very unprofessional. For example, there was a change in catering companies without us being informed at the time of booking, and there were multiple things that the owner promised that we later found out that the manager was not aware of in the first place, which caused confusion along the way. However, the planner tried to rectify some of that. The communication styles lacked professionalism and accountability at times.3. Regarding timing, the venue was not ready on time and guests arrived with things not being a 100% complete. This seems to be a consistent issue we have heard from other vendors as well, as it seems that the set up is often started last minute.4. The front door locks automatically at a certain time in the evening and guests were locked out and unable to enter the building. Although, this was resolved by the staff as they had an extra key.5. Related to food, the food was quite good and they were accommodating of special dietary needs, which was great! That being said, it arrived late, and the appetizer table was not ready when the first guests came in. The grazing table was not a “grazing table.” It was a couple of small trays that were definitely not enough for the number of guests we had. This was quite disappointing, especially, as we have asked for photos earlier on what to expect and we were not provided with accurate photos. The supper was good, but again, it felt that the last guests did not have options. The desserts were phenomenal and great, 100% recommend the desserts!6. The music system was great, and we loved it. However, the mics were not charged, and this caused issues during our event. It truly felt that the venue was under-prepared, and this was disappointing considering the importance of the events they host and the price they charge.Even though the experience we had behind the scenes was generally not the best, our guests had a great time and the event itself was beautiful, the welcome sign was great, and the building and décor were stunning, so thank you!

Stephanie B: This past weekend I hosted a full weekend dance event at the Foundry OEX. With so many things to plan and worry about I was relieved that the venue was not one of them. The venue is not only beautiful but Jody and her team made sure to help with all of my last minute needs. I would definately reccomend using this venue for your next event!

Our families were both able to enjoy the day without having to worry about anything. Before the wedding, Noha coordinated with all my create a very detailed timeline. We also shared a timeline with our families so they knew where they needed to be and when. Noha is very quick to respond when I messaged her before the wedding and she took care of some last minute items the day after the wedding for us!In the morning, Noha brought her steamer to steam my dress. She also responded to calls from other vendors on the day of the event to keep everything stress free for us! During our couple photo session, Noha helped the photographers capture beautiful moments that we will cherish forever. She ensured my makeup looked great and fixed my dress for me when needed. At the reception, she bustled my dress and solved the issue of my veil dragging all over the dance floor. Noha did a fantastic job problem solving the issues that surfaced on the day of the event. I highly recommend hiring Noha, she is definitely worth the investment. I can proudly say I enjoyed my wedding all thanks to her hard work and commitment ♥️

Tracey Hill: I've worked on a variety of events, large and small, with Bryce and his team at Kiwi Productions. In all cases the entire team demonstrated a perfect combination of professionalism, expertise and flexibility. They constantly offered support and assistance in order to maximize the value experience of my event attendees. Wes Moerman: only have good things to say about them. They are prompt, organized and really detailed in all their work. We have been using them for ~8 years. They have provided great solutions on the video/web stream front and interface with our timers and technical crew really well to bring results and video into one place. Laura Ruddock: I worked with Kiwi Productions Inc. recently on the live broadcast of our agency's Annual Public Meeting. This virtual event reports on our year-in-review to CSS funders, partners, donors, and other stakeholders and is essential to our annual operations. Jason Heistad: had to pivot all of our 2021 AGMs to be fully virtual and online. AUPE organizes its 95,000 members into 384 chapters and 33 locals which are spread out across the province. Our AGMs require consistency with it’s secure voting, reporting, and meeting structure. Kiwi Productions Virtual event platform was able to provide secure member authentication along with form submissions, file sharing and Virtual meeting hosting. Due to the complexity of our nomination and election process Kiwi Productions customized its voting system to allow for ballots to be created in real time as members were nominated for positions and added to voting ballots. In addition the entire voting process was able to be audited and results were given in precise reports for our records. A meeting host was also provided for each meeting and the platform offered a scheduling and booking platform to keep the project organized and on time. The bulk of our project was required to be completed in a short amount of time and required 6 meetings per day 6 days a week which Kiwi Productions was able to accommodate. The Kiwi Team also provided IT and troubleshooting support both through email and phone to our members to ensure no one was missed. Leann Hackman-Carty: We worked with Bryce and his team at Kiwi Productions to produce our 2020 online conference. Bryce provided hosting website and design, pre-tapes of over 50 speakers/moderators, post production services, and live support during the conference. While we had originally wanted to do our conference in person, COVID made that impossible. Going online with Kiwi offered us a great alternative. From the feedback we received from delegates, they were impressed by both the quality and professional look and feel of the conference. We are hoping to work with Kiwi again in the near future.

Raj Dhami: I chose Exquisite for my wedding because they're so meticulous with the small details that make a big difference.For example, when I spoke with Abe he told me his backdrops are 30ft tall whereas others offered 15ft to 20ft backdrops. That extra length makes it feel as though your decor hands from ceiling to floor. This is important in your photos because you don't see the cutoff of the backdrop. It makes for a beautiful, clean photo for your photography team.Another small, but VERY important detail was the placement of the sparklers. It was in a perfect spot to be noticed but also ensuring everyone's safety. We had heard stories of sparks burning clothing and damaging linen. It was something Abe ensured us wouldn't happen and it didn't.Working with Amal was great. She helped us design our vision for the stage and she even talked us out of extra pieces because it would looked cramped. She saved us some money. The decor accented the colours, but also really highlighted us on stage.The other reason we chose Exquisite is because Abe's contacts in the industry become your contacts. I told him I needed to find someone to rent tents from and he gave me a few people contacts to reach out to.Both Amal and Abe are great at working with you to chat with the vendors you use and help solve problems that naturally come up during a wedding.They aren't just worth the price but also the peace of mind they provide.

I was told by other brides that the wedding day can be overwhelming because everyone is asking you questions, I did NOT feel that AT ALL! vivian lee: Recently had my wedding in July 2023. I got a simple fairylight backdrop and it was amazing! Although simple but it looked absolutely beautiful. They were patient and answered all my questions to allow me to make my decision but never pressured me to upgrade. Mamta was easy to communicate with and ensured on wedding day that the backdrop was delivered. They were very flexible. Overall highly recommend! Very reasonable pricing too!

San NN: Our wedding was impacted by Covid and over the 2+ years of rescheduling, replanning and revising the order, M Weddings & Events stood by, honoured their contract with us, and maintained an amazingly patient and flexible attitude from day 1 right to the end of the event. We were also planning this from another province and communication with Mamta was seamless. The one funny thing was Mamta was slightly hesitant at the beginning with what I wanted with an "open mandap" but she went with it and was flexible merging her items and style with the items we added. It wasn't a fun few years for anyone, but the event industry was one that was hard hit. We were fortunate to have our deposits with M Weddings & Events because not once was there a worry on our end that we would lose our deposit. Mamta and her team were incredible to work with and our wedding planner also had nothing but good things to say about working with M Wedding & Events.

Gugan Khangura: We had our wedding reception at the Mirage Banquet Hall last year and it was a great experience. From beginning to end, the owners took care of us and have always been extremely hospitable to our families. The decor was exactly what we had envisioned and the custom green wall was a big hit amongst our guests. More importantly, the food was spectacular. We enjoyed the food sampling so much that we even had them cater on our wedding day prior to the reception. Also, an extra special thank you to Saab for going out of his way to accommodate everyone.

Meena Raja: They do a good job of what they do, but they cannot accommodate changes very easily. If you are ordering from the menu you are fine, but if you have dietary restrictions try something else.
