The Western Institute of Emergency Education (WIEE): what do users think?

Wendy Lynn: I am currently enrolled in the emergency medical responder program at WIEE. I was nervous coming into the program at first because I hadn't been in school for some time. But, I wanted a career change, and this opportunity arose. I couldn't be happier with making this change now and making the decision of going to Western Institute of Emergency Education.I LOVE this school - from the all the students to the instructors to the challenging curriculum. The instructors integrate compassion into their teaching, emphasize the importance of values, and build leaders through each of their classes and lessons. Because it is a smaller school, this allows a lower student to instructor ratio, which gives us students more confidence to ask questions, engage in group activities, and even gives us opportunities for one on one time with the instructors.I can't say it enough, but the instructors are AMAZING. They are extremely passionate about seeing their students succeed. They are so great about sharing their knowledge and personal experiences in the EMS service that give us students guidance and inspiration for our own futures.Adjustments are made to meet the needs of students, and the instructors are open-minded and think outside of the box to make a successful educational experience for the students.I love how they do a lot of hands on here that amplify the educational experience. They have a huge garage included with an ambulance for stimulation excersies.I am planning on taking my PCP here after im done my EMR. I couldn't be more grateful for all the instructors for everything - they're truly great people with a great school. ❤️

Nat Young: I am currently enrolled in the EMR program with WIEE. The classes are small, and the instructors, Shane, Karen, & Sue are all absolutely fabulous. The program is very hands-on, and prepares you for all aspects of the industry after graduation. Compared to other institutions who offer the EMR program WIEE's tuition was the lowest. As soon as I finish my EMR, I plan on enrolling in their PCP program. If you are interested in First Aid orEmergency Responder programs, I highly recommend Western Institute Emergency Education.

Brody: If you are serious about a career in EMS and want to learn practical experience from passionate instructors with decades of experience in real world situations, this is undoubtedly the school for you. Thank you WIEE

Anna Tenhave: I am currently enrolled in the EMR program at the Western Institute Of Emergency Education! All the instructors make you feel welcome, and help you the best they can! I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone who is looking to get there EMR, PCP, or ACP!

tanner robertson: Western has been one of the best schools I have attended so far. Each instructor you have tailors their lessons/ way of teaching to the students needs and are always willing to stay late if you need extra help. They are always open for questions and make sure to make each student feel welcome. I am currently in their EMR program but will soon be taking fire and eventually pcp. I wouldn’t want to gain this education at any other school.

Fallon Dober: I couldn’t ask for a better experience! The moment we stepped foot into the school, we were welcomed with open arms. The instructors go above and beyond to teach and share their experiences with us. I am sad for the day I graduated because I know I’ll be leaving behind such an incredible group of teachers. I’ve made some amazing friends all while learning the trade! THANK YOU WIEE!

Hannah Skyrpan: I am currently enrolled in the EMR program at the Western Institute Of Emergency Education, I can say that I was terrified to pursue this career as it is a whole new world of content and learning. I am now almost halfway through my course and I can say I am feeling more confident than ever all thanks to my instructors. They have been there for each student every step of the way. I highly recommend this institute if you are looking to pursue your career as an EMR,PCP, or ACP, their new building consists of simulation rooms for patient experience and all the cool gear to really give you hands on training you yearn for! As soon as I complete my EMR I myself will be continuing with the western institute for my PCP.

Kenzie evans: I’m a current EMR student and I cannot recommend this program enough! If you’re totally green like me they make the transition seamless and they’re also available for any and every question or concern! Great facility with great opportunities for learning! Come join the WIEE family where you’re not just a number! Ps. Karen is the best A & P teacher!!

Mike Hoffman: Great facility, great instructors and programs offered are tailored to your group.Instructors have the experience to relate the classroom to real life.A variety of courses are offered from standard first aid for the workplace, CPR to advanced courses and programs for fire and EMS. Weekday or weekend courses available, give them a call today

Betty Wood: Completed a PFAI certification with Sue Forest Trainer at WIEE. Super calm and kind; inviting creativity, and…..NO micro management at all!A wonderfully positive experience 🙂

Nalini Goundar: I did my EMR from WIEE. Loved the atmosphere of the institute and Matthew was my instructor. He is one of the best and knowledgeable instructors I have come across. He always took his time answering questions and explaining things. Highly recommend this institute. Other instructors are super friendly and always willing to answer your questions as well.

Genvieve Tokarz: Lots of equipment for scenarios and all the instructors are supper helpful and easy to get ahold of for any questions you might have.

James Bud: Instructors are very kind and knowledgeable, I’m very happy I took my EMR here

tamra mason: Great place to learn. Comfortable and professional building and staff. Large classrooms and high quality equipment.Shane shows great passion in educating and passing on his knowledge from experience.Definitely will be taking more courses with this company.

Brooke Peters: Fantastic experience overall! I took the PALS program over a weekend and all three instructors were very helpful. Would highly recommend anyone to complete their programs with this institute.
