Matthew: I have been here multiple times with my partner and every time we have been seen in a fraction of the time it would take at other ER’s. Nurses and doctors have gone above and beyond to ensure my partner is comfortable and taken care of. Building is old but it does nothing to take away from the impeccable care we have received!

DAVID “56 STRAIGHTLEG” LIFESON: I really feel bad for nurses and doctors at the ER rooms in Edmonton. There isn't one doctor or nurse in there that wants you to wait because they're lazy and have bad attitudes. They are burned out Beyond burned out and I can tell that by looking at them and I don't know how they do it and when really want to comes down to if they need to just shut the emergency room is down if they can't do any better than what they're doing because I can walk in there be in and out in an hour or wait eight hours and just before they call me in there's been a serious car accident and they're dealing with that there's no easy answer but don't take your frustrations out on the doctors and nurses they are doing the best they can do with what they have and everybody thinks when they go in there they are special, guess what you stand in line with the rest of the people and watch out for sick people vomiting beside you sometimes they don't hit the bag and you get puked on

Jamie Mulligan: The staff here was the best I've ever seen at any doctor or medical place ever. So kind and funny and professional. Both triage nurses were so nice and I listened to PJ talk to each person as if she knew everyone, making everyone laugh, very kind, handing out stickers and just being pleasant.The doctor was fast and nice and just had an excellent persona. The lady that put me in the room offered me water, a blanket and reassurances.The waiting room chairs were comfy and the bathroom was clean and the lobby was easy to find.Very good experience here. I appreciate all the staff so much, being sick is stressful enough. They really made a difference.Thank you guys for your service.
Tina Eedens: Went here for a broken arm. There was 11 people ahead of me to be registered and several other waiting to be seen. Was impressed with the efficiency and smooth flow. In total I was there for 3 hours tops with xrays and cast.
Alan Peirson: Went there with what I thought was a badly bruised hip and sprain ,didn’t have to wait very long,X-rays showed a fractured hip in 2 places,doctors & staff were excellent,they arranged a transfer to a different hospital where I had hip replacement surgery the next day,
Sabrina Huot: . Once put into the room I was assessed by a very kind nurse. The doctor came to see me shortly after the nurse assessed me and order a few tests. I had all of my tests done within 30 minutes, the longest part was waiting for the tests to be reviewed and for the doctor to have time to see me to go over the results. All said and done I was at the clinic for around 3.5 hours, which I think is fantastic considering that's how long I likely would have waited at an Emergency room before I would even get to see a doctor.Very grateful for this clinic and will definitely go back should I ever need to.My best advice would be to call 811 before you go to this clinic or to Emergency to make sure your symptoms require urgent care, otherwise, you may be waiting quite a long time.
Tee Na: The best Health Centre. I got all my testing done and all the staff were extremely nice to deal with. I definitely will be back here. Extremely great parking as well.
Iris Albrecht: The amount of treatment I received for my medical issue was amazing. I had to come a couple of times for follow up medical treatment. No one was rude, short tempered, emotional, no rolling of the eyes. And listening and discussing. This is the way a critical care clinic should operate and treat patients.

He's very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that you can understand and he takes your concerns seriously.I have had minor issues with reception, but considering how much stress the health care system is under, I can excuse it all, especially after how kind they've been to me when they really didn't have to be. Even when the wait is long, I will still go to this clinic because they treat me like a human. I am so glad I started coming here, because I finally feel like my health is under my control amd it's thanks to Dr. Zayed and his staff.

Always willing to accommodate and come up with different treatment plans. They both take the time to explain effects of the medication and they include the patient in the decision making. Dr. will even follow-up with a phone call to see how things are going. At the time when I ran out of benefits, Dr. Hythum went above and beyond and set me up with the needed help. I can say that no medical clinic is perfect but this clinic and the team do their best to ensure the best results.For any families looking for a medical team to be with you in your corner, I recommend you request these doctors.

Chris B: Sitting in the waiting room now, on a Saturday afternoon - this is a good place to come if you're not sure you need to go to an emergency room or not. HealthLink nurse said be abundantly cautious, and i got the same advice here so I'm just sitting and waiting to see that happens.Triage was fast, the waiting room was good. ava: i had a positive experience at the ER here. sure you have to wait but thats expected at the ER. i was treated by the nicest nurses and doctors and went through testing to find out i had a ruptured ovarian cyst. i want to thank them for their kindness after seeing them treated poorly by other patients in the waiting area. healthcare workers deserve respect

The emergency should not be used for non-emergency medical issues. 2023 Parking is being changed to a pay to park lot, so there will be very few stalls until the change over is complete.

Maureen Duggan: Warmth, compassion, and positivity are adjectives that aptly describe Dr. Bernadette McEvoy.She is outstanding in every way a physician should be or aspires to be. Dr. McEvoy has worked in several countries before coming to Canada and I believe her advanced knowledge and extensive experience augment, the already high level of care she provides to her patients.Regarding the clinic itself, the staff is pleasant and accommodating. The one aspect of the clinic that was a huge fail in the past was the inability to get in touch with the clinic to book an appointment because the phone lines were constantly busy. It was easier for me to just drive there to make an appointment in person. I am happy to report that this is no longer the case as the clinic has upgraded its phone system which seems to have solved the issue.The clinic experience now is both pleasant and efficient and I would highly recommend Callingwood Crossing Medical Clinic and the adjacent pharmacy.

I used to see Dr Paquette but he retired. last time I was there the dr was great just not sure his name anymore. got diagnostics test ordered.great place in all.

As a new parent we tend to feel the urgency when our baby is going through something and we feel helpless therefore need to seek a physician. It is Sat and most medicenters are booked up or dont have a walk in doctor. I'm glad they felt my urgency and found away to make it work.

WW Grunow: We were here at the clinic this morning for the first visit b/c our GP wasn't available today. We called in just wanted to see if this clinic will accept walk-in patient because we were declined by other 3 walk-in clinics already as they accepted only by appointment. Thankfully the lady on the phone was very helpful, we called in at 11:15am, she booked my daughter right away at 11:50am. The doctor saw her around 12:15pm. The front ladies are very nice. Thank you very much for all your help. We are very impressed with the service.

Left 9 hours later after blood tests & CT-scan with a diagnosis & antibiotics prescription.The nurses checked on me regularly, the beds were clean, the blankets were warm. The doctor who saw me was professional & understood the urgency of my pain. We thought I will need appendectomy, but to our relief I didnt need surgery.All in all, I am thankful for free healthcare and for selfless healthcare workers who do their very best to help us.

K and H Evermore: Last month I went through the most terrifying situation of my life, and the UAH ER team were so incredibly supportive that it made the best of my bad situation.Wait times are long, but this has nothing to do with the staff working there… it is about triage and resources! From my point of entry to leaving was about 10h, BUT in that time I had several assessments, bloodwork done, and had extremely empathetic experts take the time to explain to me what was going on and a solid plan going forward; how anyone could expect this done any faster is beyond me. I felt respected, listened to, and treated like an human being - this should be how every encounter in healthcare is. Upon my departure, I was linked up with a clinic specific to my illness which I have been able to access to begin my recovery.I can’t emphasize enough how thankful I am that the ER team was so amazing. For privacy reasons I won’t do any specific shout-outs, but I really hope that the team working the weekend of April 1st know how wonderful they are!!!

Eve: I have attended emerg here on a few occasions and have always been treated with respect and professionalism. I'm also thankful to them because they saved the life of my brother in law. He was seeing doctors who just prescribed Tylenol when in fact, he had a brain bleed and had to undergo emergency surgery. Fully in support of the U of A Hospital!

Jaime Bondoza: Your receptionist says she cant make an appointment for ADHD meds cause "the doctor doesn't believe in that" honestly that was good communication and saved me a trailer load of time. Reception here gets a bad rap but for me that honesty is pretty nice
Devinthia Yfel: I have not seen a doc yet.To the MOA putting me on instant hold, please if you are going to keep someone on hold for more then ten minutes just tell them when to call back.When did that become rude? It's better than being on hold forever and stressing you out with the blinking and me out with the 😒.Please make spreading out call backs a thing again. 🙏
Only Me: I was reluctant to try this place as some of the reviews were nit great but was very impressed with the care I received. The ladies at the front were pleasant and the doctor I seen was great. I stated some health concerns and he immediately booked me for some tests and answered all my concerns. I was struggling to find a doctor and very pleased to find this one. I would definitely recommend.
Bella InRose: I've been twice at this clinic and the service has been great no complaints at all i have seen Dr. Hussien and Dr. Adel good Docs. 👍 Registered Nurse was also very nice and clear when i was checked by her, nice to have that option at a clinic, made me feel comfortable. Have to mention Receptionist too they are very helpful.
