J P: I've been shopping at Claire's for years and have had numerous ear piercings at their various locations. My little sister and I came in for lobe piercings and were treated like royalty! from the time I phoned to book our appointments, through to having the aftercare explained to us, we left feeling sparkly and feeling like a million bucks! the piercing process was clean, fast, clearly explained and it was a nice way to cross getting matching sister piercings off our bucket list. although the store was very busy, they were strict with their capacity rules and had a staff member doing crowd control. will definitely be back again soon!

At first we were almost turned away by the front end staff, as we didn’t have an appointment and they were booked. Out fault for wanting to be “spontaneous.” Matty overheard us and asked what we wanted and they were able to fit us in!The selection of jewellery was amazing and the piercing itself was the easiest and most pleasant experience I’ve had. My friend also said her conch piercing is healing so well. She said she’s never had a piercing bother her less and she’s got every ear piercing you can name. I also thought it was cool that Matty helped her choose a spot on her ear that is not the conventional conch location based on the unique shape of her ear.The studio itself is clean and I enjoy the vibe. Jason Perryman: I am so happy with the professional service I received from Matty for my Helix piercing 3 weeks ago seems healed already coming in soon for resizing to see Cody who already helped me putting the correct longer studs for my existing ear lobe piercing which were becoming squished.Thanks to Michelle who did my daith on Friday still no swelling don't feel any discomfort.I felt no pain or problems with any of my piercing due to their skills and knowledge I would highly recommend them and would only go here for any future piercings because I feel I have found the best.

Yanna Lorence: Got pierced for the first time here in Nov 2022. And Michelle was great! Very professional, clean and quick and thorough. Explained the process & at home care very well. I stopped in again several months later so they could look at my piercing bubbles to get some advice. The other piercer to assist me, Cody, gave me recommendations for further maintenance and advised I could pop in without an appointment to get the posts switched out as soon as the bubbles got better. Dropped by when I was in the area today and was squeezed in between appointments to get the jewellery replaced. Cody was quick and clean and explained the process even though I've been pierced a dozen times or more in my life. Very pleased with how I've been treated as a guest here. My cork screw jewelry fell off during the lock down and in the process of trying to put it on again by myself , my nose piercing got infected and had a terrible bump on my nose. I replaced the jewelry by myself with a jewelry from a store that I don’t even trust as all the piercings stores were shut down in Edmonton because of covid. The bump on my nose was getting really bad as it seemed to me that I was reacting to the jewelry I got. I met with George this week and he helped me fix it.
