Spectre Systems: I have been dealing with Polar Industrial since 2019, when I happened to show up at their shop looking for parts for my plate tamper. And it was at the same time as their customer appreciation BBQ. Fast forward to the current day, I have over 20 Wacker Neuson pieces of equipment & have been getting great sales/service from them ever since. They bend over backwards for me & treat me like one of the family. At this present moment, they're working on a rush piece of equipment that I dropped off for an emergency repair, a product that they don't even sell. But with their service department being so diverse, there isn't much they can't help with. Also, the office staff has babysat my dog while I've run errands around the city.
