Amy Landsman: We would highly recommend Ecoline. Our project manager Vitaliy has been wonderful to work with very patient with us and answered any and all questions we had. We were also very happy to find out that Ecoline was working with Costco which is one of the reasons we are going with them. As Costco members we get an added benefit of a 10% Costco Shop card when going through Costco. We were also told if we had a Costco Mastercard we would also get an additional 2% off.

He didn't mind coming back a second time to our home to re explain the Government Grant and went over our estimate again. Carlos put a rush on the installer for final measurement before we left on holidays, So far, very happy with Eco Line - will review again when we get our windows installed.
Shirley Andrews Kohn: After 3 estimates for 5 window replacements, we decided to go with Ecoline Edmonton. The salesperson was very patient with his presentation and thoughout explained the entire installation. When the installers came they were very efficient and respectful to not damage or dirty our home. The 2 men were on time and took about 5 hours to remove our old windows, install our new windows and clean up.I did notice a very tiny defect on one pane of glass but that pane was replaced with a minimum of hassle. I will use this company again.

I had 17 windows replaced in my house and although that’s a hefty number, Hugo V. was there for me through it all. He was accommodating to my changes and validated my concerns. My windows now look beautiful!! The installation process was a breeze too. The installers were friendly and they knew what they were doing!!!
Fred Hauf: We had 22 windows replaced. The quote process was straight forward and pricing was reasonable. They did the job in 3 days. The installers were professional and the attention to detail was very good. I was especially pleased that the window trim aluminum capping was left in place with new caulking - other window companies said that this would have to be removed and replaced. Cleanup was also good although it would have been nice if the old windows could be taken away at the end of each day rather than all of them at the end of the job. All in all I am very satisfied. Looking forward to -30°C now.

Niall McKenna: I've deleted an older review in place for this newer one based on my experience today. The lock handle on one of my windows broke, so I went in for help. They gave me a new handle and easy demo on how to install it. I fixed it within five minutes. No charge. Very happy. I recommend going in to see the team if you need warranty service as they are great to deal with in person. Too bad about the negative experiences posted elsewhere and I hope they can get resolved.
Lonni Jack: Needed some warranty work done on glass that was sub standard. Owner explained why and owned the the problem. Given demand each year they penciled me in for replacement glass and I am very happy with the technician and overall service. . Over all I am happy. Patience and communication is the key. Jay McCallum: and replace it with ridiculously expensive doors, Rick from Qualiglass came up with a cheaper option.We simply replaced the door "slab" itself and the sidelights with fibreglass panels and beautiful privacy glass.A much cheaper and easier option. It looks great and our house is now full of light!Some minor errors; the hole in the new door slab for the door handle was cut higher by one inch and our interior wall was dented during the operation - No worries, they adjusted the door lock and we're painting anyway!Great work.

Jason Gold: New Appearance Windows just replaced all of the windows and the sliding glass door in our house with Simonton windows, and they look amazing. My favorite part is how QUIET our house is with Simonton compared to the builder-grade aluminum windows our house came with.The crew was incredibly professional, the price was amazing and the double-lifetime warranty give us peace of mind.Two weeks later and we can't believe how much heat these windows keep out. Today it hit 93 degrees and with our old windows it would get to 79 upstairs by 2 pm and the AC would kick on for five hours or so, but with the new windows the upstairs didn't go above 74 degrees all day so we didn't need the ACWe couldn't be happier.Next day - these windows make a HUGE difference in blocking out the heat. We have one old window left, and just now we noticed that standing next to that window feels like standing next to an oven compared to the Simonton, which are actually cool to the touch.

Two of the 8 windows are 42" x 108" and both were installed without any issues, very clean, and all 8 windows done in 1 day. Customer service is top notch. Prices are very reasonable with many options to choose from. We applied for the Canada Greener Homes program after the install and had no problems on receiving a rebate. We've used Greefox in the past and will again for the next stage of window replacements.

Sally Neal: A major commendation to John, the installer who came to board up a broken window in my Bonnie Doon-area condo unit on Aug 29. John was quick, helpful and courteous, despite the fact that we were past regular working hours and it was blazing hot outside! He made sure that the board-up was very secure and took some extra time to explain the rest of the glass replacement process. Matt provided very good information, provided options for me and took the time to answer my questions. The installers were excellent, providing draping to protect my floors, furniture etc. They also cleaned up after themselves taking all garbage etc. They were very pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and I will use them again in future.

Guy Garneau: Kohltech acquired Equibuilt windows a few years ago and they still honoured a warranty replacement for glazing purchased from Equibuilt. When I spoke to Kohltech about 5 windows that were "fogging up" they suggested contacting McLeod Windows and Doors who coordinated ordering the glass under warranty and then arranged for the installation. Everyone I dealt with at Kohltech, McLeod and the installer Ted Zystra were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Kohltech or McLeod Windows and Doors.
Benjamin VandenBrink: I've purchased here for many years and am very pleased with their windows, price, quality, style and service. I have purchased windows from many other manufacturers and McLeoad really outshines them. Recently I had a window produced that was the wrong size, it was partly my fault and partly the sales guys fault, but they reproduced a new one very quickly without asking any questions and our project was not held up. Super happy with the service!
