I called this morning to get some information about the doors, I spoke to Sukhi and she transferred my call to the sales department, but they didn’t answer because they were all occupied. Kristina Berg: we had original custom sized Pella windows in the home but needed to replace lower level windows to meet egress requirements. they were not the most competitively priced but were the only company to guarantee they would meet the requirements. the custom windows took a little longer than i had hoped to get but met the installation date given and did a beautiful job replacing the windows without any damage to the inside or the outside. the guys worked super hard and fast to get in done in short order. we were very impressed.Service:Window installation
Devin Goodall: Had pella install 3 of 4 of my basement windows. One egress. They don't do the concrete cutting you have to hire that out separately, which is kind of a pain but not awful. The widows are of high quality, work great. The wait time was long about 6 months. I ordered in March installed installed in September. Install is where they lost the star for me. My egress window was smaller than what we plan for the hole. So more buck had to be used that needed. The window jam didn't come out flush with the drywall and it wasn't cut properly around the window. Small details but when your paying for a premium product, its expected.

When Rob Gross the estimator came To our house he spent the better part of 2 hours helping us chose a a product that would work.We had to alter our first choice on the front door because Pella would not allow Rob to make the choices we wanted .Rob was very professional and courteous and Pella is a great product unfortunately they could not offer us what we wanted and we chose to work with another company

Matt provided very good information, provided options for me and took the time to answer my questions. The installers were excellent, providing draping to protect my floors, furniture etc. They also cleaned up after themselves taking all garbage etc. They were very pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and I will use them again in future.

Guy Garneau: Kohltech acquired Equibuilt windows a few years ago and they still honoured a warranty replacement for glazing purchased from Equibuilt. When I spoke to Kohltech about 5 windows that were "fogging up" they suggested contacting McLeod Windows and Doors who coordinated ordering the glass under warranty and then arranged for the installation. Everyone I dealt with at Kohltech, McLeod and the installer Ted Zystra were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Kohltech or McLeod Windows and Doors.

Liz Harley: I was looking for a company to replace old, heavy and poor functioning mirrored bifold doors in my entrance way and someone recommended Hallmark Doors Ltd. They were so prompt with my request and visited the home within a few days to take measurements and then prepare an estimate. The estimate was very acceptable to me and within 10 days the new customer doors were professionally installed by John. I chose the type and colour of door that I wanted and left it to up to the crew to choose the best framework and trim for the doors. Peter Goodman: We have had 3 sets of closet doors changed over from original bi-fold to frosted glass bypass sliding doors. We also had the same style door installed in front of our panty in a barn door style. The first set of doors were installed late last year and there was a bit of a hiccup regarding them; but the Hallmark staff were wonderful in fixing the issue. We LOVED the first set of doors so much that we decided to do the second set of closet doors and the pantry door as soon as we were able. The second set of closet doors and the pantry door were then installed this month. Both Bryan & Jonny were fantastic!!! They were very pleasant to talk to and deal with while doing their job in a quick and efficient manner.We TOTALLY recommend Hallmark Doors for any of your door needs/future visions; but unfortunately we now have run out of doors for them to replace. Of the replies I received, Durabilt was the only that actually read the instructions I had in my email. The installation went very smoothly, and the end result is gorgeous. The price was less than I anticipated. My only regret is that I waited so long to get my windows done in the first place. Amy Landsman: We would highly recommend Ecoline. Our project manager Vitaliy has been wonderful to work with very patient with us and answered any and all questions we had. We were also very happy to find out that Ecoline was working with Costco which is one of the reasons we are going with them. As Costco members we get an added benefit of a 10% Costco Shop card when going through Costco. We were also told if we had a Costco Mastercard we would also get an additional 2% off.

Debbie Miniaci: After a few estimates, we booked with Ecoline for new windows. Carlos, their Progect Manager has been very patient and knowledgeable through the process. He didn't mind coming back a second time to our home to re explain the Government Grant and went over our estimate again. Carlos put a rush on the installer for final measurement before we left on holidays, So far, very happy with Eco Line - will review again when we get our windows installed.
Shirley Andrews Kohn: After 3 estimates for 5 window replacements, we decided to go with Ecoline Edmonton. The salesperson was very patient with his presentation and thoughout explained the entire installation. When the installers came they were very efficient and respectful to not damage or dirty our home. The 2 men were on time and took about 5 hours to remove our old windows, install our new windows and clean up.I did notice a very tiny defect on one pane of glass but that pane was replaced with a minimum of hassle. I will use this company again.

Parisa Fancy: Eco line has been great so far! It’s been a smooth experience with excellent communication and service. I had 17 windows replaced in my house and although that’s a hefty number, Hugo V. was there for me through it all. He was accommodating to my changes and validated my concerns. My windows now look beautiful!! The installation process was a breeze too. The installers were friendly and they knew what they were doing!!!
Fred Hauf: We had 22 windows replaced. The quote process was straight forward and pricing was reasonable. They did the job in 3 days. The installers were professional and the attention to detail was very good. I was especially pleased that the window trim aluminum capping was left in place with new caulking - other window companies said that this would have to be removed and replaced. Cleanup was also good although it would have been nice if the old windows could be taken away at the end of each day rather than all of them at the end of the job. All in all I am very satisfied. Looking forward to -30°C now.
