Samina Aggarwal: Great place to start if you need professional and caring help. My Dr. never bother to explain things properly as she was always in rush, then I searched for a dietician and have consultation with Malika Chandel, she provided me guidelines and helped me understand many things including my lab test and many medical terms which wasn't explained to me by my Dr. Malika was great help, every time I asked her a question, she explained every things in details, she even took time to research and find proper information if she had to instead of just providing guidelines. I am very pleased with result and highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable and caring. She has East Indian back ground and can be a great support for people who follow ethnic Indian diet.

Leisa Tiede: Highly recommend Revive Wellness and thanks to my amazing dietician I’ve been able to make the most positive changes in my health and more importantly maintain them! There isn’t a one size fits all approach and there’s so much more to nutrition than just food. It’s definitely a full body and mind approach that isn’t easy; however, the hard work is worth it. Everyone is so friendly, approachable and wants to see you succeed. They are a team wanting to support you with your goals and will push and challenge you to do so while also having fun in the process. I certainly struggled when I initially started going and feared being judged and given up on like I’ve experienced in the past and that certainly isn’t the case here. In time I learnt to trust and open up more which only helped me on my journey and I wouldn’t be where I am now without the support of my dietician. They have become an extended family or a great friend that I can count on when I need a follow up and no matter how I feel walking in I leave feeling so much better. They don’t just talk the talk, they’re walking this life and health journey too and it’s incredibly helpful to be able to relate and know what I’m experiencing is “normal”

P LS: The service I received at Revive Wellness was great. If you are considering working with a dietitian, I think this is a solid option. A year ago, I would have said not to buy packages because there is a no refund policy. Once you get the receipt, your benefit is tied to the company to prevent insurance fraud. Unfortunately for me, the dietitian I worked with happened to move elsewhere. To be fair, I don't think that I would have lasted in a program where I had to sign up every week. To also be fair, when I decided to retake the program and found out that my dietitian was gone, I just didn't come back. Would I have lasted in the program if she had been there? Probably not. If I wasn't committed enough to change dietitians after only 4 months maybe I just wasn't committed enough.

Krystle Kreway: I have been working with Heather Reid for almost a year now and have had huge lifestyle changes. She has given me the tools to meet my goals and maintain them. She asks the right questions and guided me to fuel my body in easy and manageable ways. I was able to lose weight, body fat and significant inches. I enjoy long distance running and by incorporating her knowledge, I have been able to achieve my race goals. I was apprehensive signing up for nutritional guidance, but she has allowed me to reach my goals ways that were never overwhelming. They also don't take a totalitarian approach and say NEVER eat this, or DON'T do this, it's about trying to make better decisions today than you did yesterday.The plan is $2000 for the year, but totally worth it for the ongoing counselling and training you're receiving. Heck, my work's benefits plan is paying for most of it!I can't recommend them enough, you need to go see these people!

John Lacanlale: I met Brianna for the first time at my company's Health and Wellness Fair earlier in the year. Before I met her, I was on a vegetarian diet for over a year but had not lost any weight -instead it was the reverse. Clearly my diet at that time wasn't working out for me so I decided to try out a consultation with her. In just our first meeting we were able to identify the food that was working against me, even if it was vegetarian. As a meat eater all my life I was replacing real meat with veggie meat which sometimes isn't any better. We also found that I was taking in more carbs such as hash browns, fries and other zero nutrient foods that were my meat replacements. When we went through a list of more nutrient dense foods, we identified ones that I should try more of such as darker green leafy vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds. We started with 2 goals at a time that we would commit to and then grow from there at our next meeting. During our meeting I also noticed her books she referenced on her website on her shelves. They were both "Eat to Live" and "How not to Die". Brianna explained that the books expanded on the knowledge that we talked about on the importance of nutrient dense foods and how it leads to a healthier lifestyle. I immediately bought the books afterwards and read through them as they sounded interesting. These books coupled with Brianna's coaching in our immediate follow up meetings gave me a whole new insight into eating a plant-based diet.Before I met Brianna, I was counting calories on everything I ate. But I learned this wasn't the best way to measure if I wanted to attain my goal of weight loss and living a much healthier lifestyle; I had to identify foods with the right amount of nutrients and macro-nutrients in addition to the calories I consumed in my diet. Brianna helped me identify all of that and now I look for foods that are not just low calorie but rich in fiber.Since our first meeting I've lost 40lbs, my BMI is now back to normal and my body feels young again. I can't thank Brianna enough for helping guide me to the correct path to a better nutritional diet!

kerstyn Brown: I met with Brianna August 2018 for a one month course to discuss my dietary choices. I am 25 years old and have struggled with IBS symptoms, migraines, and low energy levels for as long as I can remember. I had gone for a food sensitivity testing in 2017. In which I attempted to cut out gluten, dairy, rice, wheat, corn, oranges, ect which left me feeling lost as I was unsure what I could eat and lacking nutrition from the variety of foods I had cut out at once. Nothing seemed to help my IBS and energy. Since I am 25 years old I know this is not how I should feel.I found Brianna online and once I met with her, I was instantly happy with my decision. She was very easy to talk to and I felt comfortable sharing my experiences. She introduced me to a FODMAP plan to help determine which foods irritate my stomach. It was easy to follow and Brianna was quick to respond whenever I had any questions. She helped me create a personal meal plan that had a variety of different foods I could incorporate throughout the day/week.Over the month it was easy for me to determine which category of foods had been causing stomach pains over the past 15 years. I have not had a migraine since and my energy levels have improved! I am still planning my meals each week so I can incorporate a variety of nutritional foods. Plus the meals Brianna has recommended taste amazing!! This is the healthiest I have felt and I couldn't have done it without Brianna!

My nutrition goals became clearer and were now approachable and attainable. Hannah Deacon Dietitian: what do users think?

gord marchand: Working with Hannah has helped me burn fat and build muscle simultaneously. Talking with her feels like talking to a friend. She’s amazingly positive and supportive. Follow her advice and you will see the results you’re looking for. I was able to lose over 35 lbs in 4 months in a healthy and sustainable way. You’re not going on a diet, you’re changing your life for the better.
