Sandy Tipper: I was referred to Dr. Bikram Sidhu. As soon as he walked into the room and spoke I could tell he was interested in my health. After years of dealing with an electrolyte inbalance he went through my files and was able to diagnose my issue. We talked for quite awhile explaining everything. I feel so blessed to have a doctor finally knew what was going on. I was sent for blood work and am waiting on a CT scan. Today I'm not feeling well. I phoned the office to tell them, dr, Sidhu called me back and advised me what to do.The staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.Thank you Dr Sidhu and staff.

Hendrika Day: After having extremely swollen feet and legs for over six year, I was finally referred to the Accelerated Cast Clinic. My legs and feet were wrapped in tensor tape for about three and a half weeks with the tape being changed approximately every three days. My legs and feet are now back to normal. I do have to wear compression stockings but now have a choice of footwear.The staff was very kind , knowledgeable and all appointments were on time. I would recommend this Clinic to anyone who has issues with their limbs.

The lady who took our initial call took a lot of time to listen to what we needed, discussed who would be the best to see us, and took care to make an appointment time where we could see everyone at once and not have to come back. The doctor asked lots of questions, took his time, and let us ask a lot of questions. Everyone made us feel they were invested in our case and it was very much appreciated.
P H: I were recommended this place by our doctor and we had the quickest and most excellent experience with my daughters injured finger. Both of my kids are in sports and we’ve been in emergency and clinics regularly and I’m happy we have this service to avoid sitting in emergency for hours. They have a doctor, x-ray lab, physiotherapist and casting right in the same building so a person can be in and out within a couple of hours fully casted. Highly recommended.

The scooter let's me get around easily at home and when I'm out for appts or shopping and the iWalk let's me be independent to do the things i need to when I can't use the scooter like stairs etc. They came to my home and made sure the equipment was a fit for me and have followed up to ensure that it was still working well for my needs.
Marion Donald: ..., I returned to work part-time 4 weeks earlier than planned largely because I could get in & out of my workplace and walk around in the office easily. Muscles don't appreciate not being used and the IWalk crutch kept me more mobile & able to maintain better core strength than regular crutches could ever do. I'm positive that staying more active kept me more physically fit & therefore speeded up my recovery. The IWalk crutch is quick & easy to put on and take off & my husband could store it in the back seat of the car when we went out
Colette Michelle: Unbelievable service! After a terrible experience at Healthcare Solutions, I called Kathleen Monday night and she was at my house Tuesday! She brought multiple options and demo'd each one with my husband. She took her time to walk with him and make sure he was comfortable with the iWalk before moving onto the scooter. Kathleen's superior level of knowledge shone through throughout the whole appointment. I cannot say enough great things about this business and their model of delivery!

Julia Rakowski: I wasn't sure what to expect on my first visit here today, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The office was bright and welcoming and the staff were quick to greet me and get me set up. I waited a little bit past my appointment time for the doctor, but I understand how easy it is to get behind working in a medical office so it was no issue at all. The staff kept me apprised, assured me I would be seen soon, and I was. I have a lot of medical trauma and anxiety and so I was very nervous to meet the doctor, but from the moment he came out to bring me back, Dr. Chea radiated warmth and compassion. He did not once rush me or cut me off, listened to all of my concerns, and seemed to have a good understanding of trauma-informed care when he examined me. He took all of my concerns to heart while we came up with a treatment plan and truly made me feel like the most important member of my healthcare team. For the first time in a very long time, I left a medical appointment feeling empowered and like things might just take a turn for the better. Thank you, Dr. Chea! Your compassion is truly appreciated. The system could use more doctors with your approach to patient care!

Rechelle Sinclair: Quick wait for lab work, well trained employees. I'm usually a hard stick for bloodwork, takes at least 3 or 4 times before they get a vein. The technician listened to me and rather than going after my elbow she went to my hand where my veins are easier to see and draw blood from. I barely felt the needle and she was quick and effective. I'll always go there for lab work.
Jodi Campbell: I am very thankful for our referral to Dr. Ewing at the Baker Clinic. He took a lot of time to speak with my son about his asthma and understand his triggers, management, and concerns. We left the clinic with a written out action plan and a confident understanding of how to manage asthma. The doctor also provided breathing exercises and practical tips for managing asthma. Valerie Montague: Dr. Radisic is a very knowledgeable paediatrician, and his nurse Christy is very kind, friendly and accommodating. He was my daughter’s paediatrician when she was hospitalized as an infant with RSV and still is, at age 13. He also oversees the needs of mynonverbal son who has moderate-severe ASD, which can also be a challenge. I also appreciate the extra education that Dr. Radisic provides during visits. We wouldn’t choose any other paediatrician!

Kirk Dewhurst: For a hospital it’s nice, I mean no one really wants to be staying here because that means you’re sick or had an accident. Maybe you’re visiting someone because of those reasons, either way it’s not the best place you want to be. That being said this hospital has a good reputation and is pleasant to be in. I was here to visit a friend and was able to find his room fairly easily. He has been taken care of very well and had good things to say about his treatment and the staff. I have come to this hospital many times over the years and have always had a good experience. As a side point, the restaurant on the main floor has good food and service and the staff is friendly and courteous. There is nice public artwork throughout the building and even an art gallery also. You can even find art work by Lucy the elephant.June 7, 2019Great care and attentive service from all the staff we met. I brought my father in for day surgery, reduction of the prostrate and kidney stone break up. He will stay overnight to make sure his urine is clear. He came out of surgery into the urology unit 3E3. The nurses and support staff were friendly and courteous. I can say that our experience was a good one. It’s not like you want to be in the hospital as a patient but if you were this place takes care of you. Of course this is the same place as University of Alberta hospital. There are several places to buy food and gift shops, ATM machines.February 11, 2020. Dad has been here for 5 days so far because he fell and broke 4 ribs. Besides that the more serious thing is he has congestive heart failure. It’s not great and hard to know what will happen in the next little while but the care received has been good. Dad is in a semiprivate room
