Betheiah Storheim (Beth): I was here last week for a community film-screening event. I definitely would like to come back to this place to look around more - for ex. they have a library that I didn't get a chance to look at. Even the photos and historical documents lining the walls were interesting. And the facility itself, including the gym, is well-run and clean.
D Eng: In person activities are available. Pickleball courts are available to rent.

Pokaroo Kris: This place is fantastic! I always go here on Friday nights to hang out with friends and have a few drinks. They do parties every so often and the staff there is always helpful and always make sure you are in a safe environment. The DJs especially are awesome! Always have me on my feet dancing. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a great time with the Caribbean culture.

Reina Granados: Clean and great place for a band because the stage can be seen by everyone.
Jon Meyer: This is a really cool cultural center. We went there for the Brazilian festival of Bahia. It was pretty cool and I had a lot of fun. It is in a very strange little part of town, but don't let that throw you off.

The Canadian Hungarian Cultural Society of Edmonton offers residents of the Edmonton area, programs and events with a Hungarian flavour. The Hungarian Hall is site of our Klondike Breakfast, Video Nights, historical commemorations, seasonal Dinner Dances featuring Hungarian cuisine, and theatrical & musical productions that occasionally feature guest performers from Hungary.
The Hungarian Hall is also home to our Csárdás Hungarian Folk Dance ensemble, a performing group that has toured throughout Alberta, Western Canada and Europe. The Csardas Dancers offer instruction for both adults and children.
Our society hosts art exhibits and provides a bi-annual Kodály music scholarship. Join us at our annual Csárdás Ball for an elegant evening of ballroom dancing and classic entertainment. Come watch our Hungaria Soccer teams compete... or tryout for the team. Participate in our Zumba classes. Visit our tent at Heritage Days.
You don't need to be a member to enjoy our programs but we welcome new members who share our goals.
