After 5-10 minutes he returned and said they hadn't been able to loosen those bolts either and recommended I make an appointment and ask them to work on it for an hour at the shop rate of $100/hour. But he didn't charge me anything for the time spent today. He also advised me that my back brake cable needed to be replaced since it would soon fray.Excellent service!

They replaced everything they could think of. We talked to Tracy who is one of their bike techs….it was a puzzle for them. They rode it and the noise wouldn’t go away. They finally found a rare issue with the rear wheel that was the cause. They were helpful and provided great customer service while they tried to fix. So happy they got the issue resolved. Thats why we buy local and from reputable shops…. They care!

First, my partner has been going to La Copa for years since it was in West Edmonton Mall and we continue to follow and support when it moved to this new location. Third, the owner is attentive to my partner’s preferences and engages with football talk as he recommends the jerseys. What a joyous shopping spree as we bought six jerseys for an extremely reasonable price $👍🏻 We will be back for new kits in the winter.

    Jay Cameron: 1st day I went staff was pretty busy as I think only one guy works there and there were 3 other customers. I ended up leaving. 2nd time I tried I was the only one in the store. I got a great deal and the staff was patient and helpful with racket and string recommendations. He listened and understood my game and didn't try to oversell me on the latest model or anything.

    Jane Lindberg: I recently experienced EXCELLENT assistance and service at the Totem Rental and Repair shop, most especially from Luke. This shop has a good selection of accessory bits and pieces for repairing all kinds of outdoor equipment and other projects. Their display board features grommets, rivets, toggles, webbing, hardware, etc, nearly impossible to find anywhere else in the city. It’s a little known gem for DIY’ers. Luke took the time to explain a repair process to me, he was very patient and friendly - FIVE STAR SERVICE! I’ll be back for bigger projects and future rentals.

    Marc Harris: Kyle remade the cover for our gazebo, great work!!!! He used our original as a template and constructed the replacement. The gazebo is 13 feet across and definitely needed some major wrangling to sew it. Kyle piped all the joints and capped the peak so it would not leak. We were kept up to date on the progress and were always greeted with an enthusiastic, positive, very friendly attitude. Kyle and Luke were very pleased when I brought in photos of the gazebo. Luke went through all the work when I picked it up, and made sure to let me know that if anything needed adjustment all we needed to do is bring it in.Kyle and Luke offered above and beyond customer service from the time we arrived right up to the present, thanks again for everything!!!!

Plus, the turnaround was pretty quick in time for our event! Thank you to the friendly and caring staff at Totem, we will be returning for any repairs we need! I didn't even know that something like this was offered in the city, but it's great to know!

    Arlene Kathy Seegerts: This I'd definitely a store for everything outdoors! We come here for my 13-yr old grandson's hockey gear as he's grown at least a foot the last 2 years and at 6 feet in his running shoes he's well into adult gear. I've been here for kayak gear as well as repairs and the staff are always friendly knowledgeable & can fix almost anything! I highly recommend you check them out first!!!

    Laura: Fantastic Canadian born store for outdoor gear and clothing, with a wide selection of items for hiking, biking, climbing, kayaking, camping, running, and other outdoor activities. They have their own line of clothing and gear that is high-quality and moderately priced. They have an environmental ethos, with strong corporate sustainability commitments. This chain used to be a co-op that was member-run, though sadly it's now American-owned.

    David Gartner: Lots of outdoor oriented gear. Prices for some items seem a little high, however I believe they try to source their merchandise from suppliers that treat workers fairly. This may account for some of the price differential.

    A Davis: Spacious store with everything under the sun. And if you are willing to dedicate an hour or two of time, you can locate some amazing deals. I've found an inexplicably discounted rack of Craft jackets, decent winter running leggings, perfect cycling shoes, merino wool socks and hats, t-shirts and most recently, excellent slip-ons. My MEC winter running jacket from 15+ years ago is still perfectly intact minus the zipper.
