Cait: Natalia is incredible. I was crazy enough to plan my wedding in only 3 weeks and being 8 months pregnant, of course it's near impossible to find a dress that would fit. I reached out to Natalia explaining my situation, she got me in for a consultation right away. She worked with me and my growing belly with so much patience and kindness. I completely trusted her from day one and I was right to do so. Even though I was expecting major changes, my dress still looks the same, just fits perfectly now. the zipper in the back was changed into a corset with a lace panel and it is even more beautiful than what it originally was. She did all of this within two weeks, a completely stress free process for me. I cannot recommend her enough! I wouldn't be getting married if it wasn't for her and I couldn't be happier. Crochet and Knit with Feride Erbaşar: I found Caprice Consignment over 10 years ago. Since then when I am in the area I check if there is something I might like. I found these wonderful soft cotton shorts from Caprice Consignment. I still wear them. I was there 2 weeks ago and found out they were closing their doors. So sad to see them go. Brandice Laing: This is a lovely store, with helpful lovely staff. The clothing is amazing quality, a variety of high labels at very reasonable prices. From cocktail dresses to fashionable outer wear, trendy office apparel, hats, jeans, jewelry, and SHOES!Towards the back of the store where the dressing rooms are - I found the sweetest pair of pink faux fur boots, too gorgeous to leave for anyone else. If you are looking to dress for success because of the new job you landed, but until your first paycheck to shop at the mall - fake it till you make it in style by shipping at Caprice Consignment. You may be so pleasantly surprised you will head right back your first payday.Don't let the fact that this store is consignment or 2nd hand fool you, the selections and the displays within the store are there due to some very fashion savvy selectors and the customer service is equal to the stores contents.

Kirsten Lander: Best boutique in Edmonton by far and one of my favourites in the world! The staff are so helpful and friendly, and the stock is totally on point from the clothing to the homeware, beauty and accessories. It's a beautiful store with gorgeous big change rooms, flattering lighting and is super clean and bright throughout. It's even got an accessible change room and bathroom - great details for those shoppers who have additional needs. I went a little crazy buying pieces but I know they'll last beautifully and I can't wait to return when I'm back in Edmonton!

Kylie W: I've typically given my business to Harrow Boutique, Miss Boss or Floc Boutique, the reason for this being that I've experienced too many times, the employees all huddled up behind the counter, either chatting with each other or on their phones, and when the employees can't even be bothered to greet me when I come through the door, it's made me feel judged and not worth their time. With all this being said, I decided to give Red Ribbon another go on Saturday around noon. From what I could tell it looked like there was only one girl working up front but she was super friendly and thoughtful and treated me way better then any other RR employee had treated me in the past. She was knowledgeable about the products and when I asked about a specific dress she recalled that she had seen another woman grab the last one and was currently trying it on in the dressing room, luckily for me the woman decided not to get the dress but it looked beautiful on me. I hope RR has turned a new page in regards to employee expectations but for now at least I am confident in saying that I will be back to shop there again.

Agnes Domingo: This is where I bought my wedding gown. I like that they have plenty of options for my budget. You can go in and browse, and once you have decided to try on a few dresses, that’s when they charge you $30. The fitting experience was breezy, the staff there are very helpful and friendly. Just don’t have your dress altered here. Go to Leo’s Tailor.I was just not happy with the seamstress. She’s never on time with both appointments I had with her, and having only 2 weeks left before my wedding day, for some reason she thought the pick up date is 20 days later. 🤯 If you are a bride, you know how this can be stressful. I asked for any sort of compensation for the delay, any inconvenience fee. But when I picked up the dress 4 days later than the original pick up schedule, I didn’t get any aside from an apology and a hug. I am not happy with her service at all. Yeah sure, she can alter the dress and did well on it, but she needs to respect customers’ time. There are so many other things to handle for a wedding and any delay is not acceptable.

The curation is very intentional and the staff is super knowledgeable of where each piece comes from. Additionally, there is something for every price range so no one is left out!

Kathryn Sousa: I have never personally been to their store, but I have ordered three or four times now, and they always respond promptly and as soon as I send the e-transfer, it's in the mail that day or the next day. They always have exactly what I need and are super friendly when I chat with them about what I'm looking for. If I ever make it to Edmonton, they will for sure be my first stop. Thanks from a small town in northern Ontario that has almost zero options for cross stitch supplies.

Leah Ferguson: Lots of cute things here! The associates have always been helpful and cheerful. They even have a little area for kids to play while you shop which is amazing!! They always have wrapped whatever I’ve bought up so nicely. It’s obvious that they go above and beyond to try to give their customers an experience and high quality goods you just can’t find or get at big box stores.
Burke Gallimore: One of the best stores in the city to buy for the women in my life!! Ali and Ali have helped me get multiple gifts that have all been absolute home runs!! If I could leave 10 stars I would. 100% recommend🙌🙌

Denise Kissel: I took my 90 year old mother shopping here. The staff was very helpful and kind. They helped her find her size, set us up in an extra large change room and brought in an additional chair for me. She hadn't been shopping in years so we were delighted when we were able to find multiple garments that fit her and we could mix and match them. When we got to the till we spotted a beautiful, warm coat. The staff spent even more time with us finding the right style and fit for her. Everything was wrapped with great care and placed in a large sturdy shopping bag. When l mentioned we were parked on the other end of the mall, one of the staff offered to carry the bag out to our car for us! The service was above and beyond what l expected. Thank you all for making my mother feel special!

I really appreciated Milady’s service.She mainly assisted me as she was very attentive.She assisted me right away with a fitting room. I’m glad with my purchases they are beautiful blouses that I got for a great deal! Milady was pleased too on my purchase. She is really good at engaging small conversations at the cash register, she made me feel valued as a customer. Her beautiful smile, bright positivity and customer service makes her shine.
