Oleksandr Povalchuk: I've been living in this apartment in Edmonton since July, and I thought it's about time to share my thoughts on this lovely place.First and foremost, the location is a major highlight. This apartment is right in the heart of Edmonton, and you can't beat the convenience. Within walking distance, you'll find restaurants, shops, theaters, and all the amenities you could possibly need. The central location also means an easy commute to work and quick access to public transportation.The apartment complex itself is well-maintained and secure. The property management team is responsive and takes care of any maintenance requests promptly. It's evident they care about the well-being of the residents.As for the apartment unit, it's cozy and well-designed. The layout makes efficient use of space, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is modern, and the appliances are in good condition.In conclusion, living in this apartment in Edmonton has been a positive experience overall. The location, security, amenities, and responsive management make it a great place to call home. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient downtown living.
Harsh Singh: One of the better places to live in Edmonton Downtown. It has indoor pool and gym. Also, I like the management here. I just had a small bump of moisture in one of the drywall and after informing the management they just fixed it the very next day. The location is great, right next to river valley and my office. Overall, pretty good place to stay.
Leigha Reid: I LOVE living here 😊 My main concern with living downtown was safety but there’s so many kind and caring staff on site and enhanced security that I feel very safe. I was also concerned with the elevator wait times due to the building having so many tenants but it’s so quick! I’ve never had to wait more than a minute.It’s also shockingly quiet for how many people live here.Amazing building!
lakshita malhotra: Edmonton house community is very welcoming. Rent is fairly priced and you get all the amenities along with the apartment- Gym, Swimming pool, Lounge. Apart from that, they also offer yoga classes yo the residents. The concierge is really helpful in getting things done.
Nataliia Voitovych: Such a nice place, with really friendly workers and beautiful view, never don’t have problems here , apartments are clean and pretty! Really nice place to live your best years! Very convenient location of the building, near transit centers on the LRT, as well as bus stops, everything is great!
Karly Martens: I just moved in a week ago, I really like it so far! They were super helpful helping me move in when I was so lost and have been really accommodating and understanding. The pool is really nice and my apartment is very cozy!

Mario Orellana: After 3 years at Secord House, my partner and I have said our farewell to the amazing neighbors/friends we left and the friendly staff. Leanne, assistant residents manager, is an amazing person and we would recommend Secord House to any looking for a nice community to live in Edmonton.
Nadia B.: Very pleased to move in at the Secord House. We recently moved here and I was impressed with the management team specifically Leanne and her sweet and kind attitude. Also, they keep the building clean and the front garden is so beautifully landscaped.

Leann and Cory, the managers at the building, are very friendly, helpful and get things fixed right away. The residents are also very nice. I highly recommend Secord House!

kimberly snider: I moved in nine months ago and when Leanne told me my new lease was ready I didn't hesitate to sign for another year. I love my suite but what really makes this building special is the management and the other residents. Leanne and Corey keep the building spotless and are always there to greet you with a smile, and treat if you're a dog AND they put on a Holiday party to add to the sense of community in the building!
Max Hines: The Secord House was one of the most welcoming experiences I've ever had while looking for an apartment. Leanne was a wonderful help in making my decision to live here. The process was stress free, moving in was easy, and so far I love everything about this location and the building. Definitely feels like home!
Debbie Jack: After living here for a few months now thought I would write a review. We recently relocated from Ontario and this is our first home in Edmonton. Leanne who recently returned to the building with her staff is fabulous. She is very friendly and welcoming!! Also have to mention Corey our maintenance person. He is a very polite and respectful young gentleman. He keeps the building extremely clean. This time of year this can be difficult but he keeps everything spotless! The two of them make this building a great place to call home! The other tenants are also very friendly and we are so happy to be residents of this great building here in Edmonton!!

Chris MacNeil: I have lived here for close to 2 years. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and amenities offered. The building manager was attentive when enquiries were made. Everything in my suite worked perfectly upon moving in, and no maintenance was required during my stay. I would highly recommend this building.
Chris Hall: Just moved in on October 1st. I have been a renter for a long time. Leanne made this the best experience we have ever had moving to a new place. The building is exceptionally clean, the apartment is spacious and all the design choices are really thoughtful and tasteful. Everyone, including the tenants are very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to being a tenant for many years.
Gavin Turinek: I lived in Secord House for 2 years now, I am very happy Leanne is back as the resident manager! She has been the nicest and most dependable by far. The new building cleaner Corey is also great, always friendly and the building has never been cleaner since living here.

They remember what I asked before and what unit I live, which means they are very thoughtful.

She was always on top of things, very professional, made me feel very welcoming throughout my stay. I would 100% recommend living here. And the location is great
Beatriz O.: I really enjoyed living at Secord House. My suite was recently renovated when we moved in, and we had a dream kitchen with an island and a unit facing the Muttart pyramids with lots of privacy. It tended to get noisy during the summer months if you were facing 105 Street, but the convenience of living downtown made up for it! It was a joy living in a pet-friendly bulding, which we were transitioning to non-smoking. Any requests for maintenance or concerns were always promptly addressed and I felt very safe and supported there. Leanne, Nancy and Jarvis, as well as Suzanne and Guy previously, have been wonderful resident managers/maintenance staff. During the pandemic, I really missed the amazing events organized by Real Star to promote integration among neighbours and staff. Hope you are able to offer them again really soon when it's safe. Thank you for making our experience at Secord a great one!
