Anne A.: This Bank is absolutely amazing. They work out of Edmonton and the customer service is excellent. I spoke to Byron, and he was so nice, kind, pleasant, accomodating and professional. He mentioned they can provide same day service email, for my statement payout to end my loan. They can provide within seconds your balance amount owing, 19 days, prior in advance to payout, as per my personal request. Some banks have to manually calculate themselves, the advanced amount, or at least it seems that way, because they put you on hold for 5 to 10 minutes to get an answer. This bank seems to be very organized. Also you don't have to wait hours on the phone, trying to talk to a customer service representative. I will miss their great service, and it has been a great pleasuredealing with them. Check them out..., Thankyou, Annie.

G C: I'm new to Servus and enrolled after being disgusted with one or two of the big 5.I set up my account online and picked 149 St as my home branch. During my first visit I was assigned a personal representative who would be helping me with anything that isn't done through a teller.One of my biggest beefs is getting lost in telephone menu tree hell while trying to reach a human. When I mentioned this to Chelsea she responded with, "You have my direct line and email."Servus may not be using the bleeding edge technology that the big boys do but they more than make up for it with personalized service.Looking forward to exploring what Servus has to offer.
