Jessie Lauren: Out of 20 dealerships across 3 provinces I only had two salesmen regularly check-in with me for a machine. Stopped in at Bobcat one day on a whim and they had a machine that suited my needs. Shane was the salesmen, awesome to deal with, appreciate that I can just text him and he finds what I need ASAP. I get treated like I own a big construction company when dealing with Shane or parts staff. The customer service is second to none and as someone new to operating equipment I appreciate how helpful everyone has been even if I don't purchase the big volumes that others do. My partner's family is big into farming and I have to brag, Bobcat finds me parts and accessories faster then their contacts in the Ag Industry do.

Nico Shillingford: Happy with the service we received.We had rented two attachments from WR Scott over the weekend. Our stump grinder stopped working after an hour, however they were quick to replace it with a different unit and even gave a 20% discount off the bill.
Susan Patterson: We had our gravel driveway wash out with all the rain we’ve had. I called WR Scott Equipment and asked if they had a machine that would help us grade our driveway and make the ditch larger to handle the rushing water . They gave me professional advice for using a Skidsteer with a bucket. They delivered the machine on time and we were able to fix the driveway and the ditch. Bonus * the cab of the skid steer has A/C!I would recommend this company to others. Thank you, S &J Patterson

Cole Behiels: I rarely leave reviews but I’ve gotten two seperate forklift training sessions here, one from Bruce one from Wayne. Great guys that make it feel entertaining when most training sessions elsewhere are quite boring.

John in customer service has been awesome with the couple minor issues that have arisen over the past couple years. We're not a big operation, with multiple machines. We'll likely only have a one at a time and they know that. We still get old fashion customer service that doesn't end when they have your money!
Clint Ritchie: Fadi was great to deal with while we had to rent a heavy duty forklift on real short notice. Would defiantly recommend.

Jennifer Pepler: Not sure how long this company has been in business, but if they keep up the exceptional customer service it will surely be for decades or even centuries!My hubby recently dropped off our skid steer to have the tracks replaced. I do not know how my husband found this company, whether it was a referral or he just found it via Google, but we are very happy we took our business here. The skid steer was ready for pick up quite fast and the bill was very reasonable. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful too.The only negative was their limited hours. Once our machine was ready to go, my husband was back to work after having a few days off and couldn't get to Legacy prior to them closing. However, no big deal! I called them up to see if I were to come pick up our skid steer If someone could help with loading it onto our flat deck. Although I often use the machine myself, I wasn't comfortable loading it. They said it wasn't a problem and to come on in and they would help me with it. Right from walking in the door and paying at the front counter to Brody helping with loading and chaining it down, I received the most professional service with a smile & was on my way home in no time. Whenever we need the services that Legacy provides again, they will be our first stop each and every time!!!! They should be yours too! The staff sure seem to enjoy their jobs and I would hope that with the excellent service we received their employee's are treated well by the owner because they sure seem happy and provide great service.
