Philip Boulton: Friendly helpful people, and all the services are here. They like to make you park a long way from the evac centre so you get a nice healthy long walk to and from your vehicle. A+++++ would evacuate from fire again.

Juicy Joy Wright (Pineapple): The front desk representatives were nice and helpful. The cleaning staff don't seem to understand my instructions. I felt like I had to ask for the obvious. One cleaning lady in particular left my room dirtier than it was before. My bathroom room floor was gross and grimey. She also left garbage on my bathroom counter and didn't replenish my coffee or sugar or creamer. The hotel needs to invest in a better vacuum. She also messed with my air conditioner. It was working perfectly fine until after she was in my room. It still works but is warmer then I like it. The food is way over priced, but the servers were great. I like consistency when it comes to restaurants. The pub drinks are very costly too. My only dissatisfaction was with cleaning staff.

A Davis: Good conference venue with ample parking! Close to public transportation and across the way from Superstore. Special shout-out to the hotel and the conference centre for taking such exemplary care of their landscaping. Looks amazing and sets a great example for surrounding businesses.

Laura C: !I had the pleasure of being part of a bridal party at a wedding last weekend, and I was so amazed by the well-lit venue with high ceilings, beautiful flower decor, and classy ambiance! I had many important tasks, as I was also the MC for the event, and the staff were prompt and accommodating to our needs. The food was excellent, and the bridal party at our table all turned heads towards each other and commented on how great everything tasted. The one thing I would do differently is thank Lao for all his help - from catering to our needs at the head table, organizing staff to provide chairs and arrangements to our games, and dimming the lights promptly for the slideshow. He really went above and beyond for everything we needed! I wasn't able to say good night and thanks - Thank you, Lao!

Richard Hamilton: We had our wedding at the Grand Imperial, and it was amazing! The ceremony was outside, and the setup was beautiful. The reception setup was also stunning. Jonah, the event coordinator, and Amy, the decorator did a great job. Leading up to the wedding, the staff were great to work with. If there were any questions or need to meet, they were always open to scheduling something. The day of the wedding Jonah and her staff work extra hard to make sure that everything runs smoothly and that the bride and groom only need to show up and enjoy the event.The chef for the grand imperial was incredible. The food was top of the line. Several people at our wedding said it was one of the best meals in their life and we couldn’t agree more. You have to pay for quality, so having a wedding at Grand Imperial is not cheap. But if you want to have a dream wedding with all the bells and whistles, I would highly recommend giving Grand Imperial a visit.

From the very beginning, we were able to tour the venue as many times as we wanted, and Sunny and his team were extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Once we booked our package, we were in constant contact with Jonah, the Venue Manager, and all I can say is she is nothing short of amazing. From answering emails instantly to coordinating our entire wedding day smoothly and flawlessly, I was blown away by her attention to detail and how absolutely amazing everything turned out. Her entire team was kind, professional, and accommodating to our guests and everything we needed! Amy and her team took my vision for our decor and blew it out of the water. The ceremony space and venue were absolutely stunning, and we received numerous compliments on the space. The food was not only plated beautifully but was extremely delicious - all of our guests could not stop raving about how much they enjoyed it all! It’s A Dogs Life: Everything here is absolutely beautiful BUT please get new chairs !!! Your chairs are so tiny and so uncomfortable. For the price your clients pay for this venue you should have spectacular comfortable chairs.

Zunaira K: .We had a slight hiccup due to the unpredictable Edmonton weather, however, Sunny, Jonah, Amy, Sam and their teams were a force not to be wrecked with! They adapted to the situation and were patient and understanding with our guests. They made sure that everything went smoothly throughout the evening, checking up on us and making sure that we are ok.Overall, the food was delicious, and we still have people coming up to us on how everything was well prepped. Joshua Ji: Food provided from the Indian restaurant beside the venue was excellent, especially the garlic mashed potatoes. The venue was spacious and had lots of big screen projectors and a medium sized dance floor. Did not partake in drinking at the cash bar but other people's drinks looked good. Tables were large and decorations were nice.Bathroom was clean and lots of space in the stalls.Unsure if the photo booth was provided by the banquet hall or an outside service but it was good and there were lots of accessories and props.Temperature was alright but it did get a bit stuffy towards the end, however there were a lot of people present.
