Hong Kong Bakery: what do users think?

Olivia: and the chinese doughnuts sticks

Paula Le: . We've been coming here for many years. BBQ pork buns are our favorite!

Josh McCallum: Went in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. the service is what you expect from a family ran business, which was nice and personal. We got some pork buns and they were absolutely delicious and I cant wait to go back.

Ashley Scott: You have to try it! Went for the first time today and it was amazing! Prices were great. We tried some of the pork and shrimp buns and they were delicious. We can't wait to go back.

Judith Babcock: went later in the day.so there was not much choice left but still delicious

Monica Teixeira: We tried the custard, coconut, chicken and red bean buns and the most wonderful flakiest cone pastries with the lightest cream inside. DIVINE! Really enjoyed them all. We have tried traditional Chinese bakeries in Toronto and halifax and Edmonton is by far the best!

MLT: Soooooo good! Highly recommend the custard buns

David Locksmith: Wonderful baked goods made traditionally.

Xing Wang Bakery & Take Out: what do users think?

Kwokman Ng: My wife's favorite is the sticky rice dumpings. My favorite food there are Lo Pak Go, Taro Root Go and pan fried pork & veggie bun.

Foam Fighters: Best selection of take home steamed foods.

Mei Chun Cheng: Fresh made traditional food.

Angela Fok: Yummy frozen dim sum. The dumplings are really fresh. The Chinese round doughnut that I can't find anywhere else is good. I toast it when I got homeThey have parking behind which makes it easy to park

Diane T: So I had stumbled on this place on my last trip to Edmonton and had to come back for more. I picked up the irresistible congee and also the pork cheung fun. Both were tasty and comforting. The congee was thick and had lots of meat and century egg. The green onions and the white pepper is a must. Their chicken pao was also very good. Also another cash only place but they really make it worthwhile. The horse hoof pastry was still warm when l tore into it. Sooo good!

Toffee Ng: The food is good for everyone.

Raina Z: Picked up some breakfast here this morning. Chinese donut is fluffy and fried right to the point. Beef Rice roll with an egg is very nicely done. Congee is better than some of the dine in dim sum places in Edmonton. I will be back for sure.

Rosealie Kay: This is an amazing place to fill the Dim Sum void that many of us are experiencing during the Covid-19 pandemic. It offers frozen dim-sum products that you can steam at home and has some fresh made-to-order items too.Their rice noodle/ "cheung fun" is a must try!

William Lau: and Zongzi

Tee Na: Found this place by walking by today, definitely like what other reviews said. It's a hidden gem. Great food and great pricing. Will definitely be back.

Percival Lee: A wonderful gem of a bakery with a small menu of items that are made to order, and a few other items that are frozen and ready to take home as needed. When I’m downtown I like to drop by here for fresh buns or BBQ Pork Rice Rolls they make. Usually it’s a 10 min wait for piping hot food to go, and it’s always worth the time.

ps lao: Hidden gem in chinatown. Their steam buns are so fresh its probably the best you can find in town. Prices are very reasonable but make sure to bring cash with you

冯业洋: delicious

Aloe Lite: Best Chinese bakery in Edmonton!

Anthony Ngui: Frozen dim sum and a limited selection of baked/fried goods ready for pickup. What I like is they also offer other items on demand too so check out the menu at the service counter for congee, fried noodles and some steamed dim sum items and deep fried pastries. Mostly for take out. Seating in very very limited and it's not meant to be used.

Shan Shan Bakery: what do users think?

Kelcy F: Never short on selection. Fresh product with a taste that does not disappoint. The staff is always friendly. Ive frequented enough to remember the cash only policy, but a debit machine would be nice. The neighborhood has a reputation for crime, so you'd not carry much cash as it is - that means less purchase power.

Vanna: This shop is run by a cute older gentleman who accepts e-transfer Tasty buns, typical selection and prices for a Chinese bakery. Self-service, cash and e-transfer accepted.

alex pulido: i love this place, always such a good selection for such good prices!!!

Leonel Alvarado: Delicious pastries, affordable prices! My favorite are the Napoleons, Pineapple Buns, and any of the savory meat filled pastries are a hit. Friendly staff. Don’t forget to bring cash!

Kwokman Ng: The steamed BBQ pork bun there is the best in town. Better than those in the dim sum restaurants.

Jennifer Hollman: Fresh and delicious Chinese bakery items at a reasonable price. 😋

Diane T: and tasty. The buns were priced reasonably and savoury. Definitely coming back here when l am in town.

Brittany Poon-King: Delicious Chinese bakery goods. My favourite place to get these goodies, whole family and grandparents love it. Cash only.Custom cakes are also delicious

Just Me: I was here and bought a couple of their bread it awesome..The mini moon cake is worth a try.The BBQ bun is delicious and it's affordable..

N M: I love this bakery. The staff are amazing and the baked goods bring a warmth to my heart because it reminds me of my mom’s desserts. The sticky rice in banana leaf is so delicious too. Everything they make is worth a try.

Lorien Mcnril: Great little bakery. It is cash only so bring cash. Nice selection, tasty treats, and good prices.

Andrew Ironmonger: Pastries are excellent too.And my friend raved about the tarts. It's cozy, it's local.Bring cash, it's worth it.Fill up a big box or 2 & be the star of the party at your next gathering or picnic in the park or brewery visit.

Cake is very good taste not that sweet just right...the cake is soft texture fluffy
