Spotlight Hiring Management: Absolutely outstanding restaurant. Every single visit is a great one. Food is outstanding and delicious every time. Best schnitzel and tartare in town! Can’t go wrong with Czech beer either! Service is warm, friendly and fun! The staff and owners treat you like family. The atmosphere is unique and much needed in Edmonton. With classical music and stunning artwork this place is truly one of a kind.

Mitch: An absolute gem, you must read the restaurant history on the menu, you'll laugh, you'll cry, it's an emotional rollercoaster. THE FOOD, oh my gosh we went for breakfast and split a classic breakfast with the bacon hotcake and the black forest eggs Benedict, absolutely gorgeous food, giant portions at a great price. So happy I finally got to see the inside of this place.

Signe Mazeroll: Wonder, tasty food that took me back to Bavaria area in Europe. Staff was friendly, food was hot and service was quick. The atmosphere was wonderful with a European flair.It's easy to miss, but once found, it's a wonderful gem.

Roy Eykelbosh: Have eaten here many times. The food is always excellent. I've had more ethnically correct Ukrainian food at events in Alberta towns with a history of Ukrainian immigrant settlement. Uncle Ed's is as close to the real Ukrainian deal as you'll find in ethnically diverse Edmonton. I had the meatballs dinner which was great and Judy had the cabbage roll 1/2 dinner. Both dinners had cabbage rolls, perogies, crepes, meatballs etc, just more meatballs on mine and more cabbage rolls on Judy's.The service was good, quick and homey casual.The restaurant is part of a restaurant/ethnic food store. I love the frozen borscht but they seem to have reduced the size since pre-covid. I bought two borscht to make up for the size reduction but miss my giant vat of borscht so I took away an atmosphere star.

Red Purse Reviews: This spot is the answer to Ukrainian food as Italian Centre is to Italian. Part shopping, part sit down, delicious meals. Also distribution for mundare sausages.As I was dining I couldn't help but notice this pink guitar. I couldn't read too far away and afterwards, I got up close and it was an auctioned for breast cancer fundraising. Still not sure which musician? Very community oriented and worthy cause.

Jess: Always a delight to visit Swiss 2 go! Great family owned business with delicious food that puts chain sandwich shops to shame. This is what passion and love for their food looks like.Some complain about some of the prices but it's apart of the experience. It's like everything else, it goes up only because it HAS to.If you live in Edmonton or you are visiting this is one little treasure you have to visit. I promise you won't be disappointed!Parking: Parking lot is shared with 2 small shops and a EMS office. There is almost always a spot to park without issue!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free buns are available but I suggest you call ahead so she can make them nice and fresh for you!

Brittney Smith: I wanted to update my review after visiting for a second time. The food here is amazing no matter what you order, everything is delicious. My personal favorite is the Swiss sandwich, the salty pretzel bun really adds so much flavor. This time I actually got to try the teacup cheesecake and although it was a bit smaller then expected it was sooo good. It has a sugar cookie bottom, with chocolate and cheesecake and also came with a fresh strawberry on top. Highly, highly recommend this place for lunch, dinner, a snack, anything. 😂😂
