Ryan Zimmerman: Very impressed with Andy. I would definately come here again. I came in with a pixel 6 phone speaker that had low volume. He was candid with me and said that he probably couldn't fix a speaker on the pixel 6 without breaking the screen because of how the phone is designed. He proceeded to clean my phone speaker for me and show me how to do it myself in the future. It fixed the issue I was having. The speaker was blocked with lint lolHe didn't charge me for any of this. Very impressed with the customer service. Thank you so much.
Terry: My galaxy A5 was not charging . Took it to here thinking I would at least need a new battery , or a bigger problem . Andy got on it right away . The first thing he looked at was the problem--lint plugging the charging port . He cleaned that up in 10 minutes-problem solved and I was on my way with my phone working like new.He is the first I will see when I have any other problems .

I called Andy, went over to Just in Case, he fixed the screen very quickly, was really friendly and put another screen protector on after changing the screen, without me even asking. I would definitely go back to him for any and all my phone repairs, and will recommend him to all my friends.

We had specific needs and we're not judged for it. We knew what we wanted to buy and this place never pushed anything else on us. The service was awesome, very friendly and very professional. This is one of the best cell phone places I've ever been to. I would use it more often, but I don't live close to this place. If you live close to this place, I highly recommend this place. The place was clean and the staff were very helpful. Prior to coming here we went to another place and they kept trying to sell us something else. We knew what we wanted and this place acknowledged our needs and sold us what we wanted. no pushy sales tactics here. I'd give them 10 Stars.
