Hayley McKenna: for the dogs. This includes: ballpits, tunnels, kiddie pools, toys, and lots of space to run around.There are staff 24/7 so the dogs and cats who spend the night are not alone.The indoor dog park can be rented for play dates or doggy birthday parties. The first couple of days were hard on my cat and the staff were too kind and handled it professionally, while keeping us updated at all times. I appreciate the kindness & professionalism that my cat received. Will definitely take my cat there again.

The staff was great in calling me a lot with questions and updates.. unfortunately he got worse while there, but they took him to a vet for treatment and meds. They had to hand feed him, and you can just tell they care so much about your pets. They took the time to explain to me what the vet told them, how to administer his meds, etc. Would definitely recommend this place for your cat!

Zero complaints. I haven’t boarded her here but if I had to, I wouldn’t even hesitate. We love Little Paws Inn!

Gae Mackwood: Little Paws is a home-away-from-home for my fur baby. He goes every weekday and we've been going for a year and a half. Staff are very good to him, not just supervision but lots of love and attention. He has some regular "friends" there to play with. The daycare is also very clean. Top marks!!!

Erin Gargus: When we dropped off our min pins we were unsure how they would do because our dogs haven’t been boarded in years. They did very well and staff were very nice. I highly recommend!

They took great care of him on short notice and were quick to give updates on his condition and even sent pictures so I knew he was doing well. They gave him all the medication as prescribed and gave me full update when I picked him up. Will definitely use them again.

a c: Creekside is the best daycare + boarding facility in Edmonton. The staff is second to none- so friendly, welcoming and caring. They work hard to gain the trust of your dog. Our St. Bernard is scared of new people and she won’t let anyone near her. The amazing staff at Creekside worked hard to care for her and make sure she felt safe with them to the point that each time she sees them now, she greets them with big kisses and allows a few to lay with her. We will never think of taking our girl elsewhere. Vet owned, we know that our fur baby is in the best hands because of the practices and Policies they have in place. Not only are they wonderful with the dogs, but the customer service is awesome. They have always replied to texts and send us pics of our girl when we are away. We cannot speak highly Enough about Creekside.

Brock Taylor: I've been taking both of my pups here for years. Annè loved coming here as a puppy. I believe all the interactions helped aid her into the best possible companion. We recently added another member to our family Shelby a bit of a "live wire" I'm already seeing a improvement in her interactions with other dogs. I'm a strong believer that the best thing you can do is expose your dog to as much as possible. Its a dog life is a perfect way to achieve this. Would highly recommend

And ever since we started taking Beau to daycare, we have found he’s not as aggressive with other dogs while out for walks. This daycare has been awesome for us, and we really enjoy being greeted by the staff every time we drop him off. It’s usually the first people we interact with when we start the day. We live close to the daycare - and when we take Beau for walks in the evening he will cry as we pass by on our walk. He will pull the leash because he knows how fun daycare is. He’s clearly loved dearly by the staff. So cute!!!

Bonnie Hillis: Hands down the BEST dog daycare! We switched our dog from a reputable daycare to It’s A Dog’s Life a couple of months ago. I am impressed daily with the family of staff!! I never could’ve imagined what a difference their care of our dog Khaos could make. He has a few issues and the staff work with him daily to help him through his issues to make him a better dog. Their kindness and knowledge of dog behaviors has proven to be a winning combination for Khaos. Thankful to have found such a great daycare. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dog daycare who actually cares about your dog. They go above and beyond with several “event” days such as Birthday celebrations, photos with Santa and Cupid. Great job It’s A Dog’s Life!!!

Jani Painter: My Larry has been attending canine kingdom forDaycare and the occasional sleepover for a little over a year. We absolutely love it! He is a young boy with senior siblings at home who sometimes need a break for him, and he is always so tuckered out and happy when he gets home. I love all the regular updates and the staff are always super friendly and seem to genuinely like my dog. I took one of my older dogs for an assessment, which he didn’t pass, but they were incredibly kind about it and kept me updated and gave him lots of chances. I really appreciate the reassessment police and how much care they put in to admitting dogs as it gives me so much comfort that there is less of a chance of an accident between dogs that way. I’ve read other reviews being upset about that but I think it’s a really great thing! The facility is busy and sometimes booked up, but it’s for good reasons because they are so great. Thanks for always taking great care of my lare-bear!

Michelle Bott: Nova has been going here since she was just a baby.. it used to be more regular but due to being laid off we weren’t in need of daycare as often and now I have started a new job on the opposite end of the city so Nova goes to a different centre but we will always bring Nova to Canine for her boarding. She loves the staff and it *almost* makes us cry when she doesn’t even look back at us during drop off… “bye mom.. I got things to do”We recently had flights cancelled and ended up in California for 48 more hours than we planned..and the staff were amazing….no issues keeping her longer… They answered my “helicopter mom” questions and made me less anxious about being away from her for this long… the Christmas pictures made me cry!! Nova came home with a gorgeous ornament and a new toy from her friend… I am absolutely in love with Canine Kingdom and I am so so grateful that Nova has a home away from home.. thank you all so much.
Kaity Witten: Canine Kingdom is the absolute best dog daycare place in Edmonton! Our dog Chloe goes to daycare twice a week and occasionally stays overnight if we are going out of town, and she always is super well taken care of and has tons of fun. I can't stress enough how amazing this place is. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable about dogs, love dogs and clearly know how to create a fun and engaging environment. They go above and beyond by posting pictures of your dog throughout the day, doing special photos on the dog birthdays, sending you report cards and giving updates about how the dogs are doing. I have been going to Canine Kingdom for years and I will miss this place terribly since I will be moving to Calgary soon. I know Chloe will also miss this place a lot and can only hope we'll find a place that is as good as this one! Thank you so much for everything, Canine Kingdom!

Bonnie Gratton: Clive has been going to daycare for 11 years and it has been so good for him. Before he started daycare we could never tire him out until he spent a day at K9 club. He has stayed numerous times on overnights while we have been on vacation and we are so lucky to have a place that we trust to leave our beloved block head. We purchase all our food for Clive from K9 club as we love supporting this wonderful business. Bernard is such a lovely human and we are so lucky to have such a great business like K9 Club in our city.

Bernard was wonderful and patient answering my many questions. I still have a lot! He slowly introduced my nervous puppy to the environment and the other puppies and dogs. She always comes home happy and tired. I visited other dog daycares in my initial search and K9 felt and is right for my German Shepherd. Very happy with this place and the people, pups is too!

AC CS: We have been bringing our pup to Urban Dog for about a year now. We could not be more pleased and impressed with Pam and her team. They treat the pups like family and we always know that our dog is in safe hands for daycare and boarding. Pam was immediately responsive to some behaviour issues we were noticing at home and got us in for training through the daycare and train program. It was amazing to see the immediate change with our pup. Pam's lessons/training sessions gave us the confidence and skills needed to reshape our relationship with our dog. Pam and the team are always there to chat and make the time to answer any questions and put you at ease. We can't say enough great things about Urban Dog and highly recommend them for daycare, boarding, and training. Thank you Pam!

Sarah: We were recommended from a friend to go with Pam at Urban Dog Daycare for her training and daycare program, and we are very thankful we did. Frankie not only received training during our private session with Pam, but also during the day while she was in daycare from other staff members. Pam offers a well-rounded program that is worth your investment.One of the benefits that drew us to Pam was that she does non-treat based training. This was important for us because we wanted Frankie to learn how to be a well-behaved dog without having to bribe her to respond. I always felt the training was more for me than Frankie. With Frankie being a puppy, I had a very hard time being ‘calm and assertive’ while correcting her. I’m not the assertive type, in fact correcting Frankie would bring me to tears! Pam taught me how to be calm and assertive so Frankie would listen to me, I’ve learned so much.Frankie has also grown from being shy and timid around other dogs to tail wagging and a smile on her face the moment we approach the parking lot of the daycare! She just absolutely looks forward to daycare and getting to play with her pals and that brings me joy.I would highly recommend Urban Dog Daycare and Pam’s training program

My pup, Diesel absolutely loves the water and I'm sure spends most of his time in the pools! Love the pics & videos that they post daily!I would love to see some sort of structures for the dogs to climb on and have more fun with though. With dog daycares being so full for most of them, I would hope to see this one have the option of daycare on weekends as well. You never know if something comes up last minute... then you at least have the option of using the daycare. Overall great place and the employees love all the dogs that come in!! We started taking him when my boyfriend left for work and I needed a place for max to burn out all his energy while I'm at work. They have been amazing and have even been working with max to build some good puppy manners. The staff are super friendly and kind! If there is ever any concerns with max, they let me know the moment I arrive to pick him up! There hours are AMAZING and they even let me drop him off 15 minutes early before they are scheduled to open to I can make it to work on time! Its so convenient to be able to board, train, and groom him all in one place! This is the only place i could find an unlimited monthly visits package so i can drop him off as many times as i want in amonth for one price which i LOVE. Can't say enough awesome things about this doggy paradise but if you are looking for a place to take care of your dog, this is the place!

The various programs and services they offer fit both the needs of myself and my puppy.Pam and her staff assisted with dog training in the early days of dog daycare and have continuously worked to ensure our puppy maintains a structured training program. I highly recommend both the daycare and training packages to any new pet owner as the Urban Dog staff work with your dog throughout the day to do specialized training. All training classes are followed up with weekly 1on1 night time classes for you and your puppy. This is an excellent and well structured program that my puppy and I extremely benefited from!Thank you to the entire urban dog team for your amazing care, Arnie always looks forward to coming back!

Daniella: . Calico Hills Kitty Lodge is the best place to leave your pet when you go on a trip, nice and clean. Lainie took excellent care of our Louie, regularly reporting on his stay there.Since Louie is very shy and other cats just don't interest him too much, he explored more on his own without any forcing. When we came to pick him up, he was so beautifully brushed, even better than I brush him at home. He was not showing any signs of stress or fear and seems to be much more cuddly and attached to me than before.This is definitely the best place for pet sitting and I'm glad we found it because I can leave Louie there with full confidence!! :
Jonathan Ribnick: It's hard to part ways with my buddy everytime but always have piece of mind knowing he's staying at a good place while I head out of town. They really have a nice place here for cats in a quite area.

The boarding facility is exceptionally clean and well managed! There is an amazing catio, once your cat is adjusted they can roam around and visit with other cats, the kennels are clean and spacious and our cat comes home cleaner than he was when we dropped him off. Jacqui McKerell: My cats go here when we go away. The kennels are spacious, the staff are amazing, 24 hour staffing as the owner lives onsite. Beautiful enclosed balconies which allow the cats to go outside. When we flew our cats from Toronto to Edmonton as we didn't want to drive with them for 4 days, they were picked up at the airport and were taken to the kennel which gave us piece of mind. The owner is a vet tech and since I have a diabetic cat, I know he is great care.
Marilyn Kanobel: Every cat we have owned over the years have loved Calico Hills Kitty Lodge. Our current cat Oscar runs away from us when we come to pick him up - he doesn't want to come home - he loves it there that much. There are many activities for him to stay occupied and he is able to be out and about socializing with the other cats. It's a great relief when we are away on vacation to know that he is doing well. I can also tell my dog feels loved and cared for when he is at their facility. The staff are so kind and give him a nice big greeting every time I bring him! He now gets super excited when we turn off the freeway because he knows he gets to have a fun day at daycare! Kelsey, the owner, has created a friendly, safe, and fun environment for my dog to experience. I cannot thank this entire team enough for their love and dedication they have towards all dogs that come into their building!

I found my sweet little baby Kiki there, after i took her home i kept bringing her there for daycare because she loved the staff so much and they clearly loved her. My pup holds a special place in her heart for the staff, especially Sam and Paige. Sam helped my little rescue baby grow into a beautiful confident little girl, who is no longer scared of people! Kelsey the owner of the place is amazing, even though its her business shes extremely interactive with the dogs and clients. Shes always playing with the dogs there or cuddling them, shes not the typical business owner. The place is well organized, my pup always comes home with everything i drop her off with, accept for treats of course! The growth this place has given my dog i will always be appreciative for, because of all around hound i have the perfect doggo.

Completely force-free and using positive reinforcement, our lab mixes have grown and matured excellently.Since then, they've been attending daycare a couple of days a week off and on as our work locations favored that part of town. We have nothing but great experiences here. The owner is clearly dedicated to her craft, and the staff are kind and empathetic.

My dog always comes home looking happy and gets way more exercise than he would alone at home.It is incredibly nice to drop off my dog in the morning for grooming or a bath and know he'll look great when I pick him up after work. Prices are very reasonable.Only complaint is that it's a little hard to find. They need a way bigger sign.

Carol Reilander: We’ve been a regular customer for many years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the groomers and the boarding kennels. At Christmas time they even offer an option to have a turkey and vegetables dinner to be served to our fur baby on Christmas Day. They truly care.

Ashley: Me and my boyfriend went away for a weekend in October for his birthday, and we were recommended to come here by our breeder who knows another of her pups moms who brings her fur baby here!My boy Helios has bad separation anxiety, and extremely high energy levels so to have somewhere to bring him that is clean and caring is a huge need. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the staff had actually given Helios his daily chew treats which I had included in his overnight bag, this showed me that the staff spent enough time in Helios’s company and cared enough to read the little notes I left on his treat and food bins, hahaha.Thank you for a wonderful stay and for being so caring and accommodating!
