Ken also ran my ghetto taped dash camera cord in the appropriate place to avoid a tripping hazard.I hung around the shop as I was curious of the cool antiques around and I love dogs the 2 pups were so friendly and well behaved.I should also mention to bring your wives or daughters as next door to Ken's is the Sweet Jolie Boutique. You can go in for a complimentary coffee and browse the ladies clothing and locally made various products in the Cafe. Kevin: I had a remote system on my Ranger Pick up that quit working, and I had used Powersource for a number of other vehicle. I went to the Shop expecting to have to replace system. Ken quickly diagnosed it as transmitter not work and returned with a new transmitter which he programmed and I was on my way within 30 Minutes. Got home and could not get it to work from house so next time in town I dropped in and Ken again checked it out and it seemed that the antenna was not working correctly so he installed another Antenna. Works Great now and my bill was under $100.00 ..So you can save some money and get someone else to Install/Repair a system, Or go to powersource and get them to look after you. Service is number one , you will not find a shop that stands behind their work & product...

Marc Cruse: Owner was there and diagnosed my remote starter issue. Basically solved the problem and unfortunately didn't have the type of machine to do to the repair itself; however he mentioned where it could be done at relatively inexpensive price. It was a brand that no longer exists. Great service.

I have always had prompt service with installation and great customer service and support post purchase.A recent example: my spouse's vehicle required a manual reconnect to the module that communicates with the app on her phone. Ken and one of his techs used FaceTime and walked me through taking apart my under dash and resetting unit, a process that took me over 40 minutes. On another occasion, Ken had his tech walk me through reconnecting a new remote to my other vehicle over the phone. They have stood behind the products they sell and as per those two examples have provided above and beyond customer service and support. Highly recommend!!

Pierre helped me fix it cheaply as I was using the truck for subcontracting and just starting out. 2nd time I got a deck installed when my factory deck burnt out in my 09 civic winter car, cost me less to get a Bluetooth deck, wiring harness, he searched and went to pick it up on my behalf and have it installed within hours we’re preparing for the 3rd go around with Pierre on my 2014 370Z I just purchased, Pierre gave me a fair quote and ordered the parts for my project as I’m out of town due to work; dual cold air intake throttle spacers, and doing a stage 2 tune to start, I have complete confidence in this shop as his reputation and working with me in getting this ready.
