Martha Tessema: Great platform for landlords to find high quality tenants. Their application process when renters are looking to view a place makes it extremely easy to have all their info and prescreen them before viewings.

Instead of spending on a hotel or similar accommodation try an apartment or shared residence you found on RentFaster or Roomies both are quite helpful
deew88: Rent faster is the site I use most when I am looking for a place or helping a friend or family member find a place.My only complaint is when you go to filter what you're looking for, it doesn't load what you are looking for and have to redo it 1 or 2 times. Other than that I love this site!!

Cheyanne Bates: Haven't rented from this company yet but have have viewed 3 of their properties. The places were nice and clean and very well priced compared to some of the rentals out there. The agents, Jonathan and Miguel were very friendly and accommodating. Every other staff I have spoken with on the phone are super polite and patient.If I rent from this company I will be sure to leave another review.

I can't forget in my life how great their stand with me was and their quick luxury in the circumstance I'm going through due to the lack of time and the urgent need to secure a place to move from Fort McMurray to Edmonton. I can't even forget that my house rental contract was signed between 2 am and 5 am.
Blair Knowles: We hired AG Property Services to help us with filing for eviction. They were prompt in getting the ball rolling for us and helped to get a positive result. We would definitely use AG Property again. One small negative was that a couple email inquiries from us were left unanswered which we felt left us a bit in limbo. Otherwise, a 5 star review!
