Jeremiah Simmons: Staff are wonderful and courteous. Payout is accurate. The line up is usually long because this bottle depot is the best for its highly sought after redemption experience. I personally love the alley. My wife went into labour while we waited. They counted the bottles quickly and provided wet naps so I could deliver the baby into a sterile environment. Highly recommended.

Wilson: First time here.Fast and able to watch the count on a monitor. Once done, just take the card and cash out. Have a sink to wash your hands. Carts are also available to load your bags if can't park right up by entrance. I count all my bottles, they were just off by $1. But will come back again.

April Tetz: I like this facility. I always have a good experience no matter who helps you. Clean place, nice staff and they use a card system. They take and count your bottles, load the order onto the card and you take the card to a machine and it gives you the money.

Justin Erickson: Been here a few times area is sketchy but the service was good everytime and though people say they rip you off after pre counting 3 different times and ending up with exactly as much as expected I would assume anyone who says they rip you off overestimates the value of their recycling as 100 cans is still only $10 and if a container is exactly 1L you still only get .10$ it must be over 1L by at least a ml to get .25$

Aleksei: I've been using this bottle depot services for several years. The location is convenient for any mode of transportation - there's a bus stop nearby, several pedestrian and bicycle routes, and a place for parking in the yard. The staff is professional and quick. Despite the perceived reputation of the surrounding area, the location is safe to navigate and use. If you happen to notice any discrepancy in the amount given, do not hesitate to discuss it with the personnel. I would definitely recommend this depot for any large or bulk refunds.

Josh Michael Vincent Hubert-Sheard (Jay Hubbz): For a bottle depot strait up in the heart of Edmonton ghetto, it didn't feel unsafe with almost every customer being homeless, the service was so positively contagious with genuine politeness. I brought my two year old son with and he wasn't shy or scared in anyway but to top it off, I left the doors unlocked and the windows were open. Love this spot!!!!🤘

Dennis Gane: Update. Went by the new location today. Nice to see some of the old staff. Service was efficient. I took 10 full size bags of recycling. Unlike another bottle depot last year where the worker was grumpy for taking on an equal amount, this depot worker was very courteous. They have shopping carts if one has many return's. I also felt they counted the returns correctly. UPDATE They recently changed ownership and this is the first time back. They have made significant interior changes. Its the cleanest bottle recycling place I've ever visited. I stand by my initial comments 2 yrs ago. The new ownership is continuing the high standards as the old ownership.

Even when I was living in Saint albert for many years I would still drive to this depo on the west end just to return my bottles. I have tried a couple other ones over the years and none have compared to here. the staff is friendly and will always greet you with a smile. Right to the time you walk away.This place does not rip you off. I have counted all my cans many times before I even go here and my amount of empties I had come up with. they counted the same amount and yes of course give or take a couple of cans. The line goes really fast. They always have every window open. Inside and out the place is clean. There is lots of buggies so you never have to wait for them and they all work and are clean. So if you want to find a great place here it is you found it

I apologized for bringing in such a large load and both gentlemen said they were happy it gave them something to do. I was dreading tackling this task but they both made it a pleasant experience! I highly recommend going to this depot and will be doing so in the future even though there are closer depots to my home! Great work!

Took no longer than 5 minutes to clear out the bags of bottles from my garage and have cash in hand and not having to worry about loading them up, counting, etc.Great service and I definately will use it again.
