Asmodias: . I was not okay with this because no other house in the entire neighbourhood had irregular polygon shaped skirtings. I know because I walked around the whole neighbourhood to check. After a few complaints, Daytona explained there was nothing wrong with the way the skirting was done and that it was correct. They did, however, express that as a homeowner, they could understand why I would not be satisfied with the job and agreed to fix it. The power conduit was completely forgotten about until after the anniversary warranty, when we noticed all our neighbours had conduits and we were the only ones who didn't. After notifying Daytona, they promptly installed the conduit. Although there were a number of hiccups, Daytona fixed the problems that arose, which is why I am giving them a positive review.The front landscaping was the last on the list to be done and was finished August 2019. It was mostly well done. Daytona hired Gradex Consulting Ltd. to do the front landscaping. The final grade was completed at first attempt. Sodding and shrubs were installed quite nicely, although the grass was not as nice and needs a lot of fertilization come spring, and a tree was installed. The tree was dead less than a year after installation, the spring 2020, but I was given two free tree vouchers for replacement tree in 2021.Services:Landscaping,Deck construction

They explained the pre-sale process and what to expect throughout the construction of our home. This was particularly helpful as this was our first home. When we had concerns during construction and notified Eva and Spencer, they were addressed in a timely manner. Overall, I would recommend speaking with them if you are thinking of going with Daytona Homes.Post-possession wise, you must stay on top of any deficiencies to get them to resolve it. Certain items that were identified weeks prior to possession and thereafter are still pending.
