b de: This store is the text book example of okay. Originally was going to give 3 stars but changed to 4. This place is well spaced out, not a lot of stuff in the store but what is there appears to be newer and currently wanted stuff. Just not a lot of it on the shelves. Honestly I'd come here cause it makes the trip quick as my kid isn't spending an hour looking around.

Canadian Chief: this place provided a nerd like me a couple of figures I've been looking for and they had them and It was great, the floor staff and everyone who works there are A+++. this will be a place where I'd hunt for my figures in the future thanks again Toys R Us, West Edmonton Mall for being an awesome place with great stuff in stock 10/10.

Abisaac Saraga: If you sign up for their loyalty program, you can add your kids on to your profile and they get a free gift for their birthdays. Currently the choices have changed and no longer gift Lego mini figs or beanie babies. Now have a selection of bouncing balls, deck of cards and hacky sack.
Moein Habibi: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me in finding the toys I wanted for my nephew.I had initially purchased another item from a nearby store, but when I noticed that they had the same item, I decided to buy everything from them instead.I returned the item from the other place, and to my delight, they even gift-wrapped everything for me!
Henry Tolbert: Cool toys. My kid loves it here, better than toys r us in my opinion. Not taking anything away from them. I spend lots of maney at both haha
Nicole Naseth: The staff was very polite and friendly and although we had hot there 7 minutes to closing they didn't rush us. Instead, they offered to help.The place was clean and organized, Their toys are more directed at learning and skills, which us great! Although some are a bit pricey, they do have probably better quality.

Lisa Marshall: I was curious about this particular branch of Mastermind and decided to visit the store recently. It was busy when I went here but the place has ample space so it didn't feel crowded. I purchased three items and they were all puzzle toys since my younger cousins like them. It was a nice buy!

Jessie: Very busy, not a lot of staff doing the stuffing. Once we got through the stuffing area, it was a bit faster.
Danelle Wright: My daughter was very excited about all the selection. This is a good store but don’t expect to come on a budget because everything costs an arm and a leg. Lots of options for customization!

There were tons of options for all interests and my kids had trouble choosing which one they wanted! They had a ton of fun and I’m very happy that the staff was so enthusiastic, it made the experience fantastic. Can’t wait to come back

Yes: Cool, Eevee I got was a bit derpy but that makes it cute and stuff. Stuff expensive though like wow, but I'd say it's worth it to see your plushy be born in front of your own eyes.
