FYI if you are giving this store a lower review because of shipping delays please remember this isn't the stores fault and that it is a global issue. From there she made incredible strides to help find the chair that worked best for my grandmother. She was very patient and thoroughly answered all of our questions, and was also very proactive with helping to find the right style and color of chair. She stayed with us the whole time to help with everything from seeing which chair fit my grandmother best to assisting her with the power recliner controls.Overall a great experience! Toni Ross: is a little disappointing. the 1.8 or 1.9lb foam won't stand up, i know this now, i know that there are a few manufacturers the provide high density and natural latex up to 2.5 lbs and customizable everything else. I didn't realize the arm height would be so high on the sectional because i was only able to see one piece of it on the floor and that was the piece that had the lower arm on it. All in all it was a good experience with the store.

Jay Trenaman: Purchased the johnathan Louis “Kate” sofa in July of last year. In august I emailed resize to tell them the sofa was “pilling”. I was told to purchase a pilling machine off Amazon for 20$ and I was asked what we wore for clothing on the sofa. Extremely disappointed with the response, customer service and the sofa. A year later it is pilling and discoloured.I am so so happy to report David at reside has stood behind us and we have a new couch coming today. David came out personally and seen the defect and rectified the problem immediately. He made the process of picking a new fabric so easy and with zero stress. I can’t wait to see my new sofa today

Christopher is enthusiastic, approachable and very knowledgable. He spent 4.5 hours with us on our first visit to determine our style and taste before we chose our furniture - and the experience was so much fun.The quality and choice of furniture pieces at Cottswood is excellent. If you do not see what you want in the store, be sure to ask for options that they provide options for willingly ordering. The staff is friendly and professional including the front desk people and the excellent furniture delivery team.Please forgive the long review, but There are just so many good things to say about Cottswood Interiors and we. We hope your experience with them is as helpful and enjoyable as ours continues to be.

Donna Gee: I started outfitting my home with furniture from this location. Right from the get-go I have had nothing but excellent service, experience and product. Amanda is amazing she helped me put together my living room, kitchen, entryway and office. She has wonderful, and helpful advice with regards to design and color coordination. After I bought my kitchen table I had a problem with it being wobbly. I was put in touch with Dennis in service and he helped me resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. I love that this location offers Canadian made products and I will continue to go to them for all of my furniture needs. I highly, and happily recommend this place to anybody who is looking for new furniture.

As we walked through the store it felt very homey and has a very diverse selection of beautiful pieces. Then around the next corner…a perfect teak coffee table. We called on Bob and within about 30min we were walking out, the happy new owners of two beautiful pieces of furniture. Prices are very reasonable for high quality pieces. Convenient delivery within 2days and the delivery guys took care in unwrapping, placing our pieces and cleaning up afterward. We would recommend shopping here as our experience was so pleasant from beginning to end….ask for Bob!

They also cleaned up the packaging material.I was thinking to tip the two boys but found no cash at home which made me feel a little sorry.Overall, this a great furniture store with stylish furnitures and professional staff.

Thuan Yeung: We have slowly been updating our furniture as the kids are getting older. Our first project was a dining room table which after visiting many furniture stores, narrowed it down to two tables from two different places, one of which was Konto. Danielle Grange was the sales associate whom helped us at Konto. She is truly not your typical sales person in that she genuinely wants you to find the right piece for your home and was not pushy whatsoever. She allowed us time to browse without doing the "slow follow" behind us, which I find very annoying and is often done at other furniture stores. Ultimately, we ended up with another table but Danielle left a lasting impression that we returned for her assistance when we commenced part 2 of our project - sofas. We went in a couple of times before we made our final decision and again, she was super helpful, and not pushy. We arranged for delivery but unfortunately there was a small hiccup that resulted in a rescheduling. With our hectic schedule, I wasn't thrilled about this but Danielle quickly problem solved and our new sofas were delivered within a couple of days. It was honestly how she handled everything that had us return for a third visit a few months later to complete our renovation project.Overall, our experience with Konto and with Danielle in particular has been excellent and we would highly recommend coming here. Don't waste your time at The Brick, Leons, Ashley. We went and can confidently say that Konto's customer service from start to finish is unmatched.

Reception managed to squeeze me in on a delivery date the next day I asked which was amazing. My sofa was too big to fit in my apartment building but the manager offered to store it for me till am ready to take it and waive the storage fee. Delivery guys were amazing amazing never seen anyone like them in the city. They washed their hands before they opened and touch the love seat and all. Yes, their prices are on the high side but its because you are paying for high quality and unique designed furniture. We decided to upgrade our couches after 15 years. Our original couches were from Sundeep Furniture and we were so impressed with such a good quality that lasted all these years that we decided to get our next set from them too. We had a problem at first as the set that we had ordered was not the exact one that was delivered. Also, one of the couches was very different than the other two. We contacted Sundeep Furniture and they promptly took care of the issue by asking us to send photos to confirm the difference. He immediately apologized and advised that they will re order the correct ones as he's unsure why a different set was delivered. He advised it would take approx 4-6 weeks until the correct order comes. To our surprise we received a call after less than 2 weeks advising that they were ready to pick up the wrong order and deliver the correct one. They delivered the couches that we ordered and we couldnt be more happy with them. Thank you so much!

But here it was different.First day at Sundeep Furniture they let us look around. Gurinder gave us some knowledge on Bonded Leather vs Leather Gel. We were not ready to take the leap as we still needed to think about what we wanted, style, color etc.The very next day we got in our vehicle and drove over with no hesitation. They have amazing prices, quality and have warranty on their products. Gurinder is very knowledgeable on the products and shows you what they have with pride. They also have amazing customizable options from color, fabric, decor, etc.Apart from obviously the product we bought it was a very different feeling being there shopping.They were not pushy at all. Family owned business and they treat their customers like family. They let you browse and discuss instead of following you around pushing every product they think you should buy.We even managed to get the sofas shipped to our home the same evening!!We will definitely come here again when its time!10/10 would highly recommend them!
